Irene
I sat and watched Deep and Sustainable argue about her problem for the hundredth time. At this point nothing can be said to stop sista, and it hurts to know that. I hated Tyrone and I could kill him for how he did my sister. Sista got up and walked towards me. "I see you back here glowing I know what you and Eric did last night" She smiled. I smiled right back at her and winked. " Ooh Irene you nasty" She said. I hugged her tightly and kissed her cheek. "I love you sista" "I love you too" She ssid. She walked on stage and I sat in the audience as she sang her new written song.
Tyrone and sister's house
"You can take the bed if you want I'm not goin anywhere" "Yeah you are we're takin you home" I said removing the drink from her hand. "What's goin on here" Tyrone said coming in. I jumped in shock. "Uh um well see uh we thought that maybe if we get our sister some uh help she'll get better" I felt the warm stinging of Tyrone hand across my face. "Do the touch my sister" Sista got up hitting him. He then picked up a baseball bat and hit her repeatedly while Dee and I tried to push him away. "Sista sista wake up. Sista please get up" I said now in tears. "She's not breathing Irene call the cops" I did as I was told and waited for the police and the ambulance. They soon came and arrested Tyrone. "Baby omg what happened" Eric said coming to me me. "We tried to get sista outta there, he slapped me I said touchin my cheek. He uh he um hit her to many times with the bat and Eric he killed her" I cried. My eyes filled with tears and so did Erics. "We need to get you home" He saod in between sniffles. He dropped Dee and I off at home and came in with me.
Sista funeral
I sang at sisters funeral. We barried her in New York in the Bronx. I went back to the hotel with my moma and Eric and I saw Dee standing there with suitcases. "What's this" I said. "I uh got accepted into medical school. I have enough so I figured why not" "I'm so proud of you" my mother hugged her with tears of joy in her eyes. "Irene let me talk to you real quick.
Hallway
"I'm real happy for you Diana" I smiled. "Thank you but before I go I just want to say keep singing no matter what you may face in yo life, just promise me you gone keep singin, because no one was meant to do this but you. I tried it and Was good but I'm lookin to be a doctor, sista tried it and let the fame get the best of her, and you tried it and it worked out for you. Don't you see Irene this was meant for you. Just whateveryou do don't stop " She said walking on elevator. I took what she said to heart. Don't stop keep singin you were meant for this.
