I decided to ignore the knock, maybe the person would think I wasn't in my lab and leave me alone.
For a second, I actually did believe that's what happened, but it turned out I was wrong. Instead, the visitor opened the door and unwelcomely came inside.
I swivelled around in my chair to see Hiro was the one intruding. He walked up to me with a bit of sadness in his eyes. "Hiro! What are you doing here?" I asked shocked.
"I could ask you the same thing." He stated. "You said you would meet me for lunch... why haven't you come yet?" He asked confused. I swallowed. I could say the truth and risk getting hated or I could lie and... still risk getting hated. There was practically no backing out of this one...
