A few days before Mr.Banks died the company is getting slow on their work si Mr.Banks get mad because they are not doing their job well and in the following days Mr.Banks get sick and been sent in the hospital and after he is cured he lost his best friend because he has another best friend or friend that is more nicer than Mr.Banks so Mr.Banks is really really mad so he never talk to that person again,when his wife knew whag happened she calm down Mr.Banks and told him "I will be there for you anytime,anywhere" so Mr.Banks said "I love you" but Mrs.Banks did not know that her husband already has a plan...that he kept by himself and the day after he died sadly with hopeless and anger.Many people went to his funeral ...the day Mr.Banks died they shut the company and the building for good.
