The Thoughts we Never had the Chance to Say

Chapter 1 - How did it all start?

I'm Clarisse Fernandez. NBSB pero nakaranas na akong magkaroon ng ka-MU. Sabi nga nila ang sarap sa pakiramdam na may ka-MU kasi single ka pero may minamahal kang mahal ka rin pabalik.

For almost three years we stayed in a status of having a mutual understanding. He liked me and i liked him back. Should i name him? Nah, let's just call him "cabbage" for no reason at all.

Our story began waaay back in elementary school. Grade 4 he had and indirect confession to me. I was really surprised because there is nothing, NOTHING about me that could make me stand out and make someone like me. It was indeed an indirect confession but most of the students knew about it and i got a little pressured to answer immediately. Cabbage was handsome, really. So there was no reason for me to turn him down. So, you can guess what happens next. Dun kami naging magka-MU 💘

Actually nung una ko syang nakita akala ko bakla sya. Pero sa tuwing nasa klase kami lagi nya akong mapapatawa (pati rin pala buong klase) napapatawa nya. So hindi naman ako special. Nung nag-indirect confession sya, Valentines' Day nun. Mahirap ma-explain kung pano yun nangyari pero ikinatuwa ko talaga ang mga nangyari.

Nagsummer break na. At nalaman ko dahil sa facebook na birthday nya. March 27. Kaya naggreet naman ako sa profile nya. Simpleng "Happy Birthday" lang naman yun eh and then he commented "thank you" at may smiley face pa ah.

You'll be so damn surprised on what my reply was. I commented "sure, basta ikaw"

BASTA IKAW?! CLARISSE ANO YUN?! Hindi na sya nagreply. Uggghhh ano kaya ang inisip nya? I felt so humiliated.

Pero okay lang kasi nung resume of classes may nalaman ako :)))
