Emily's POV
I've been riding on Silver for what seems like hours. Septa Mordane didn't like the idea but my father agreed to it. I was getting restless until I saw it; Kings landing. It was more beautiful than I had hoped it would be. I stopped my horse and saw my father speaking to another man.
I didn't really pay attention to what they were saying until my father called me out and told me to look after Sansa and Arya. I nodded to my father and led my sisters to their new chambers.
"Here we are, my lady. Your new chamber".
"Thank you, Jory," I smiled at him and closed the door behind me and looked around. It was much larger than my chamber in Winterfell, but for some reason, I missed the cold, Robb, Bran, Rickon and even Jon.
I opened up my closet and chose a purple dress with navy-blue see-through sleeves for supper with my hair out. I left my room and saw Arya with a knife and Sansa eating. I sat down and started to eat until Setpa Mordane told Arya to stop and eat her food and she replied that she was practising for the prince. Sansa and Arya started to fight and I just watched the two until father came in.
"What's happening here?"
"Arya would rather act like a beast than a lady"
"Go to your room, I'll speak to you later," and with that, Arya left and went to her room. My father then gave Sansa a doll which I thought looked beautiful even though I haven't played with dolls since I was 10. It had a sense of beauty to it.
I snapped out of my thoughts when Sansa left and my father confessed that war is easier than daughters.
"Father, may I please explore the castle? I feel a bit light-headed," I asked my father.
"Yes child, go have some air," I smiled at him and walked out the room and started to explore the castle.
The red keep was much bigger than I thought it would be. It would be a great way to stay fit now that I'm no longer allowed to wear my trousers due to being near the Queen so much that when I look at her, I can see the judgment in her eyes. I continued to walk and eventually walked outside to see the beautiful flowers. I started to smell each and every one of them. I really missed the blue winter roses back in Winterfell.
King Robert's POV
I was drinking my wine, looking at the canopy until I saw Emily. God, she looked just like Lyanna, body and spirit. I then thought about what I did to her and told her things that I shouldn't have.
"Ser Barristan," I called one of my king guards.
"Yes, your grace?" he looked up at me.
"Can you please find Lady of Emily and bring her to me?" I asked, sternly because I want to apologise for my behaviour back in Winterfell.
"Yes, your grace," he bowed and left without looking back.
