I think it would be a weird relationship but it could work either though Thresh killed Clove...
It would be a good twist to the series though if you think about it because they are from two different districts and would of only probably spoke to each other because of going into The Hunger Games. I think it wouldn't be a ship for me but I wouldn't say no to if someone gave a fanfiction about them, it would be interesting to see how the author wrote about them.
