Chapter 1

"Dex I don't want you to ever talk to any girl with the last name Cupid!" Raven said harshly

"I never heard of any girls with the last name Cupid..." I said back.

"Yes you have. Now about our date tonight, I can't make it. I have cheerleading and coach will get mad, and might even expel me from the team I've been missing too many practice's for our dates." She said, quickly changing the subject.

"No! Raven you can't do this! I can't stand a second without you, I think I might die." I said worriedly.

"Just tonight! We will see a movie tomorrow, I promise," She said with a wink. Raven walked away blowing a kiss at me. The school bell rung and students were dismissed. While Raven was at cheerleading, C.A.'s sister Rose called me.

"Yeah hey," Rose said.

"Um... please leave a message after the beeeeeeeeppppppp!" I said, hearing it wasn't Raven.

"Wa-wa-wait! You used to be such good friends with C.A. I was just wondering if maybe you could hang out with her sometime?" Rose said urgently to me, "My sister is in deep depression ever since you stopped talking to her."

"No I don't remember and, no thanks," I shouted.

"Awe c'mon! Your a nice guy! Please? I'll give you 20$" Rose asked.

"FINE! When we get to school!" I said

"Glad you agreed it starts at 7:00 a.m." She said. I hung up and went to sleep.
