Dexpid forever- Dexter Fanfiction

Chapter 3

"What is that you want?" I asked Rose.

"$20 dollars for you, now, talk to C.A." She said.

"Um, Raven-" Rose cut me off.

"Raven, Shmaven, I could care less, now go!" Rose said. "C.A.!"

"What!" C.A. said. She had long pink hair and a light pink sweatshirt pulled up so no one could see her face. Rose slowly left.

"Hi," I said rubbing my arm vigorously. I down looked at my arm. Then I heard Raven coming up behind him.

"Ok then..." I said skipping to Raven.

As soon as she saw him next to C.A. she felt hot with anger.

"Hey Dex, she said, who is your little... friend."

"She's nothing just came right up behind me and started talking to me. I don't even know her" I said

C.A. piped in "How could you be so low as to say you never even knew me." She said tears welling up in her eyes. "When I met you in 5th grade this is not the same Dexter I met. He was nice and kind and sweet, and we would always sign up for the same activities just so we could be together. Now you won't even do any activities just because Raven doesn't like them."

As C.A said this I started to remember everything, and that's when Raven leaned in and kissed me, and C.A ran off crying. As Raven came up from the kiss, she had a tiny smirk on her face as too say, I've finally done it, I've broken C.A's heart.

Later that day Rose called me for the second time. I picked up the phone hesitant to knowing Raven would be very angry at me. I picked it up anyway, thinking Raven can't control my life.

"Hey Rose." I said casually.

"Dexter I need you to go on a date with my sister. I know it sounds bad since you have a girlfriend and all, but C.A. really likes you and she is deep depression. You may be the only one that can cheer her up." She said urgently.

"Well... I would, but what's in it for me? My girlfriend might break up with me if she found out and I need a reason to do this and risk my relationship." I said hastily.

"Um... 50 dollars?"

"More."

"100 dollars."

"That's a good price. Give it to me tomorrow after the date I'll take her to an Italian restaurant, and then after we'll go star gazing. Good enough?"

"Fine."

"Ok. Then were set. Bye."

"Bye" She said full of distaste.

The next morning I got up knowing that I would have to go on a date with a girl I didn't even know and then keep it a secret. My day could not get worst. I went to all my classes just acting casual keeping this a secret from my girlfriend. If she found out she would probably not talk to me or worse break up with me. I shuddered away the thought.
