Okay guys! So I was watching the movie Spirited Away yesterday, and I thought it would be fun if I retold the story in Haku's POV? So here's the prologue! If you haven't seen the movie, I highly recommend you do that first, because it will be kind of hard to understand if you dont(: I just want you guys to know that this storyline is not mine at ALL. I'll post a link to watch the movie in the side bar if you guys want it.
Anyways, Here's the prologue!

Prologue
I swirled around happily and playfully. She splashed and laughed, playing with my water, I am glad I could make her happy. The smile on her face made me bubble up with excitement.
Then, she slipped.
Her smile turned to a worried face. She cried out as I sucked her under. She lost her breath and began scrambling about. Her arms flailed, trying to bring herself to the surface. A pink little shoe fell off her foot, and I realized what was happening. She was drowning. I couldn't let that happen!
I frantically pushed her to the surface, trying to sustain her life for just a little longer. It couldn't end now. She was so young. She had a full life ahead of her, and I was not about to let that go.
With one strong thrust, I pushed her out of the water. She coughed and sputtered, and emptied her lungs of water. Looking at her feet, she only had one shoe. I held the other in my hand, and stared at it. She was so close to dying.
I would never let that happen again.
Her mother rushed to her side, and helped her up. The little girl embraced her mother and they walked away from me.
She took one last look at me.
That look I will never forget.
