It’s been a week... I have found out I don’t need sleep or food to survive up here. Up here your body freezes in time so you really do live forever.

I have talked to an angel here and there but they all stay away from me because my lover was the devil. I have found the gates back to earth but I can’t even go through them.

The first day I just sat and cried until I ran out of tears. I wanted to see Luke but I decided I needed to be stronger.

I have been exercising over the week and saw I was indeed getting strong. It made me doubt the whole forever thing, I have tried using my wings but they are weaker than my body. The farthest I can get off the ground is 5 feet.

Another thing that makes me curious is new angels. I have watched how an angel is made. They take their soul and set it in front of the blinding light, soon the soul stretches out and twists making a body and wings.

I was even more curious to why they could fly within a day and here I am a week later and I can barely fly. When new angels had come up to me thinking I was so pretty I would talk to them but wouldn’t hold it against them when they figured out who I was in love with.

I have my own so called room but I haven’t used it yet. I don’t need rest so why would I need a room?

"Hey Kayla!" I glanced over my shoulder and lowered to the ground. I had been practicing flying.

I waited for him to speak, " the guards are looking for you." he was one of the searchers.

In this heaven there is infinitive space so they have searchers to go fine people when needed. I crouched and flew off with him behind me.

I forced myself faster and felt my back ache but I didn’t care. This is nothing to being killed.

I landed in front of the so called god. The guards tensed as I landed but made no movement to me.

"Is Lucifer still alive." 'God' snapped angrily.

I almost smile but I just glared, "how would I know?!" I spat at him in disgust.

I could feel the irritation radiate off of him, "you need to tell us if he is!" he growled out.

I scoffed, "even if I knew I wouldn’t tell someone like you!" I literally spat into the light.

The light gasped, "Restrain her!" he ordered and the guards grabbed my arms chaining them together, "if you don’t talk I will make you talk." I just glared at him.

"Take her to the temple and restrain her." he snarled and they pulled me away. I struggled but they were still stronger than me.

They flew up carrying me to the temple like place behind where god talked to me. They dragged me into the dark place and I saw lights of fire.

I screamed as more grabbed me but I fought. I was slammed belly down onto a metal table and my shirt ripped open on the back.

"I have been give permission to get information out of you." I voice snickered coming from the darkness.

I saw it was an angel that was always next to the god. He grabbed the torch walking to me, "we will start out small and increase now, is Lucifer alive?"

I kept my mouth shut then held back a smile, "no, you guys killed him when you tore my soul from my body." I told him trying to act strong.

He glared and I saw his hand move with the torch. My eyes widened, would I still be burned in this body? I don’t have Lule's mark on my neck anymore so I don’t hold his powers anymore... right?
