Katelynn got home later that night and she pulled out her receipt.
She noticed earlier that the blonde boy, Luke, had added his number.
She pulled out her phone and she typed in his number.
As it began to ring, she regretted dialing.
What if he was a rapist?
What if he was a psycho path?
What if he thought her ass was too small?
All these thoughts crossed her head as he answered.
"Hello? Who's this?" Luke answered with his perfect Australian accent.
"U-um hi," Katelynn squeaked out, "I'm Katelynn Hart, the girl that you told to call you from Subway?" She nervously stumbled on her words.
Luke laughed, "Oh yes, hi babe. I didn't think you'd actually call."
Katelynn blushed at him calling her babe, "I did." She said quietly.
Luke smiled on the other line knowing she couldn't him, "I'd like to get to know you better, Katelynn."
She bit her lip, "The feelings mutal. When would you like to meet up?"
Luke thought for a moment then said, "Now."

A few hours later Luke was sitting on a park bench waiting for Katelynn. He was beginning to think that she stood him up. He constantly checked his phone for messages. He sighed and stood up to leave as she walked up to him. She flashed him a smile, "Hey Luke."
He smiled big and sighed with relief, "Hey! I thought you stood me up at first... I'm glad you didn't."
Katelynn giggled and smiled, "Wouldn't dream of it. So what are we going to do?"
"Something cool. I don't know what yet."
Katelynn danced, "Well I'm hungry could we go get dinner?"
Luke smiled and nodded. He took Katelynn's hand and started walking. He laced their fingers. Katelynn felt a blush rise on her cheeks. They walked up to a pizza restaurant. Luke pulled her to a table near the window and waited for the waitress. When she arrived with the menus Luke said, "Get whatever you want babe. I'm buying."
She blushed and ordered, "Can we just order a plain cheese pizza?"
Luke looked at the waitress, "You heard the woman."
The waitress rolled her eyes and said, "What do you want to drink?"
"Two Pepsi's please." Luke replied.
Katelynn giggled and smiled.
The waitress left and Luke looked at Katelynn and smiled, "Tell me about yourself."
She smiled, "I'm Katelynn Hart, I like Subway and bands and I like to draw."
Luke smiled, "Okay."
She scoffed, "Your turnnnn." She said with a smile.
Luke smiled, "I'm Luke Hemmings, I work at Subway and I sing and play guitar."
She smiled wide, "That's amazing."
Luke smilesd, "Eh it's alright."
Katelynn couldn't help but get lost in his eyes.
Luke stared back into her gray ones.

After they ate, they decided to go to the cinemas.
Luke laced their hands together.
Katelynn smiled and walked, "I can't believe that you broke your foot skipping!" She laughed.
Luke laughed, "It was that one time I was six!!"
Katelynn smiled, "At least you didn't break your arm hugging someone."
"You did what!?" He stopped walking to laugh.
"Hey shut up!" She laughed and tugged on Luke's hand.
Luke tugged back and kept walking, still chuckling slightly.
Katelynn smiled wide, "This is fun. What movie are we going to watch?"
Luke smiled, "Whatever they're playing."

When they got to the cinema they settled on a scary movie. When they walked in, no one else was there. Luke led her to their seats and let her sit before he took his seat.
The advertisements started rolling. As Katelynn was watching, Luke was watching her. He couldn't help but noticed how the movie screen lights glowed on her face, making her gray eyes look brighter. Strands of her hair were loose from her braid and she had a somewhat tired expression on her face. Luke smiled slightly as she turned to look at him, "Hi there." She whispered.
"Hey." He smiled.
"Why are you watching me?" She questioned.
Luke smiled, "Because you're beautiful."
Katelynn blushed deeply and smiled.
