It's the end of the school day and I think I found a way to tell Lilly we are moving across country, there is this festival this weekend it's called international day, people of all different nationalities have an area where everyone can dance to traditional music and eat their traditional food. I will bring Lilly to the one with the France "homeland" (that's what they called the booths). That's when I will tell her that I am moving to France for who knows who long. I think that will be a good idea because we go to this festival every year together so she will not think anything of it and better yet it is this weekend so I do not have to keep thinking oh how I will tell her.  This week went on like any other week school homework till I can no longer breath and volleyball practice since it is in the beginning of the season practice will probably be about two hours long. There was one thing though that I was not expecting, apparently my mom is pregnant with another baby. Sometimes I think she has no life like god I am in highschool and she is having a baby, what does she think I am going to care for the kid when it gets older. NO WAY, NOT AT ALL!!! I would never do that. but whatever that is a minor detail the baby will probably be born in france and not even be an american citizen for when we move back and we will have to go to the courts and explain our problem and prove we are american citizens. My parents are something I will tell you. They are in the late 40s is that even morally right? but whatever that is the least of my worries today is saturday and lilly is about to find out the news and she has no idea. It is about eight o'clock and I have so much I still need to do we will probably be late because of me... again this year. I know what you are thinking eight o'clock in the morning for a international foods festival but Lilly and I go as early as possibly to try and beat the crowd plus we will have a lot more time then. My only problem is that the france booth does not open until ten o'clock but with me running late it should be okay. *Door slams shut and the family dogs start to bark * that must be lilly already. "Are you almost ready to go?" Lilly screamed threw the halls and of course I scream back "yeah give me a minute".  I am actually starting to dread this what if this ruins the whole festival for us? should I just tell her at the end? I am so lost on what to do. I love lilly so much and I do not want her to be hurt from all of this.  I think she will understand though because I do not really have a say in the whole moving thing. As I start to walk downstairs and I can hear my mom and lilly talking my mom is say "take good care of her i do not not want her hurt before..." and before she could even finish the sentence I bolted downstairs and said lilly u ready to go. Once lily was in the hallway mom asked me why she stopped from finishing and I told her lilly does not know yet about the move that is a large reason for the festival this year. As we got in the car lilly asked me "what was your mom trying to say before the ... what? " I told her that i could not tell her right now she would have to wait a little... I do not know if I even want to tell her. The drive to the festival is not very long so we turned on the radio and started to sing along and little was said about what my mom had accidentally slipped up and said . She knew when I did not want to tell her something there was a reason I just could imagine what she was thinking. With us getting to the festival so early we found a great parking spot and did not have to walk or wait for any spots.

At the Festival

The festival was pretty big there was a booth for any nationality you could think of, even the small nations that hardly have 50 citizens in their nation. That is why lilly and I loved it so much there was any type of food there you can think of, and for the kids there was inflatables and kiddy rides. this year they even got adult rides like the drop and the  music express. So of course lilly and I get a food band and ride band, the rides you could ride as many times as you liked and food you could eat as much as you wanted till you reached the "countries" limit. Although most of the time it was a dollar amount we still went for the most expensive items out there that we would not normally buy. When eight o'clock rolled around lily and I went to the france booth, lily and i always loved the france booth lily mostly because she was taking french class in school and I loved it because the food was always great. when we got there though this year lily could tell something was up because i was a little hesitant to go in the booth, to be honest I just did not want to tell her i knew it would break her heart.
