CHAPTER 21. Superwoman"Okay either I'm crazy or you just kicked this door down" Claire said looking from me to the shredded wood on the ground.
Witch grandma was going to have to calm her tits off if she wanted this to be believable. And I hope she had a good excuse to get us out of this one.
"Something must have come over me"If I could, now would be the the perfect moment for a face palm.
Lamest excuse ever."How could you kick the door down that not even wolves could open?" Kristen asked.
Everyone was looking at me and expecting an answer but they just couldn't get one.
"Spencer what is going on?" Jinger asked me. He knew something was up.
"Look, there is something going on but I can't explain it to you all right now. I'm sorry".
This reminded me of all the secrets that the guys kept from us but I had no control over my own body to explain what was going on right now and I trusted that Silvia had this all under control. At least I was really hoping she did. "You will all get answers later but right now we need continue with our plan if we want to save our pack and our mates".
"Okay" Danielle said finally breaking the long silence. "But we want answers later woman".
I gave her a nod of my head and we all proceeded.
"So how are we going to do this?" Essence asked still looking at me funny. "There are just too many distractions in this cave and with so many people on the loose, we're never going to get anything done".
Silvia turned her body to look at Jinger and released a sigh. "I hate to say this but Jinger, I need you to make sure you stay and keep everything in order here. People finding you will only have them thinking that we are all together and we need to throw them off".
"Are you crazy?" Megan asked taking the words right out of my mouth. Silvia was looking her mind if she thought we would continue this adventure without Jinger. She was ruining our entire plan. But when Jinger spoke, he shocked us all.
"Okay".
"Okay? What the hell do you mean okay?! You're the only protection that we have" Claire cried. "How are we supposed to continue without him?"
"Trust me. You all are in good hands" he said with a smile.
He knew.
*************************
There were three destinations. The cave, the lake, and the witches house.
The guys had everything handled in the cave since many of the pack members came to help the guys just like I knew they would if they were informed on what was going on. Our pack had a lot of allies and all those other packs were willing to help with no question. Justin and Erik's packs were prime examples. There was a war threatening to break out and Jace, Taylor, and Peter had nothing but willing wolves to help them defeat whatever it was they needed to.
That was something they needed to learn and understand.
We needed to find this toxico and make sure these witches were destroyed.
For good.
It was our time to prove to our mates that we weren't some little fragile beings. They needed to get that through those thick heads of theirs.
The lake. Probably one of the scariest parts on this journey. As we made our way down the path, that menacing laughter began again and we all stopped in our tracks. The girls were all following me but I knew Silvia had this all under control.

Romance"Don't you think it's time that you were honest with me?" I asked Jace as my anger rolled off of me in waves. There was no denying he felt it as well. "Look Spencer, there are just some things that I can't talk to you about. At least not right now...
