The upstairs of Felix's house was humid, but with the fan lazily shifted back and forth it blew some away. It wasn't much, but just enough to make it manage able for the two.

Alex and Felix were sitting on Felix's bed, talking and comparing what they had been working on for the last two and a half hours. Felix had a guitar sitting in their lap, and Alex had a keyboard resting easily on theirs.

"Lets go again," Felix said, happy with the two's success. The song they had made up was slow, for the two only knew so much on their desired instrument. They both knew how to play and could play well, but writing a song together was all so new.

Alex nodded, turning the volume up slightly on the small battery-powered piano. Felix held onto the guitar, and tapped their foot to the slow rhythm they need to play at.

And they began their song.
