The Payne's.

so, before you guys start reading, there's some things that need to be told. firstly, this fanfic is being written in a Narrator's POV. maybe i'll do some Liam & April POV's later in this story but not now. and this is the first chapter so this is from where i left the prolouge. don't worry you guys, it'll all make sense later.

Max parked his car in the Payne Mansion's driveway and got out back to take his luggage from the trunk.

Inside, Geoff was playing on the Wii with Justin.

"C'mon GrandPa! I know you can win! Just- no no no, it's not how you hold the joystick. Yeah, keep your hand a bit to the left- no no to the left, yes, okay, good. Yes, now flip the button- good, press the, 'R' yeah fine. Aw shit GrandPa! You lost again."

Geoff groaned. "Urgh, I'm so not playing these video games with you ever again, J."

Max stood there, laughing. "Let's see what we have here, a 15 year old boy teaching his 50 year old grand dad how to play Wii."

"Keep quiet, Maxie. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to play it, too." Geoff playfully scoffed with a smile on his face. He went over and hugged his best friend. "How've you been?"

Max smiled. "Good, yeah." Then he turned to Justin, who was texting his girlfriend Olivia on his iPhone. "How's my little man been?"

Justin groaned but smiled at his Uncle anyway. "Firstly, I'm not little anymore. And secondly, I'm perfectly fine."

"C'mon let's have breakfast." Geof said, nodding at the dining table.

They all moved to the table which was set, only the pancakes were to be served.

Max & Geoff started talking about business and school and stuff. Just then, Elliot came down, opening the buttons of his formal jet black blazer.

"Good morning, Dad. Hello, Uncle Max. Hey, buddie." He greeted all of them, his son, Justin being the last.

Justin looked up from his iPhone. "Morning, Dad."

Max looked at Elliot. "How are you, Elli?"

Elliot growled as Justin laughed. "Don't call me that, Uncle Max. Please, at least not infront of my own son." He then smiled somehow. "I'm good, just been busy with the Corps and all." He started rummaging through the table. "Amelia! Babe, where the hell is my newspaper?" He yelled towards the kitchen.

Just then, Amelia came out with two plates in her hands. One full of pancakes and other of freshly fried bacon. She set the plates down on the table and sighed. "Jeez, Elliot. Can't you just live without your newspaper for 5 minutes? I was cooking." She said, handing him the paper.

"Mom, you know how much Dad loves his newspaper." Justin made a face.

"Mom also knows how much you love your iPhone. So, I suggest you keep it back down and eat your breakfast, young man." Geoff mimicked. Amelia & Elliot laughed along with Max.

Justin just sighed and kept his phone to the side, muttering under his breath.

"Who was it you were texting anyway?" Amelia asked her son.

"It was Liv, Mom. I was just confirming our plans for tonight's party." Justin said, picking at his bacon.

"What party? And who is Liv?" Elliot and Max said, at the same time, completely oblivious.

Amelia just looked at Geoff and sighed. "Do you guys remember the girl I told you about? The one Justin had a crush on? Olivia?"

"Oh yeah, that blonde chick. Yes, what about her?" Elliot said, still not removing his eyes from the newspaper.

"Well, your son grew some balls and asked her out yesterday. And them both are going to this Rider guy's party tonight." Amelia said, sitting down and putting some waffles onto her plate.

"Party? Okay. But, there should be no drinking, young man." Geoff said to his grand son.

Justin nodded. "And Dad," He turned to Elliot. "before you tell me to be protected, I shall tell you that me & Liv did it already and we were safe and will always be, so don't worry."

Elliot was gobsmacked. "Didn't you two start dating just yesterday? When did you guys even find the time to-"

"Okay, okay. Let's not talk about this. Dad," Amelia turned to his Father-in-Law. "I'm going to my Mother's for a few days. Along with Justin. She's pretty sick and wants me there. I hope it's alright with you?"

Geoff whined. "I won't stop you from going but the house is always so empty when the ladies and kids go out. It doesn't even matter if any of us men are missing, but when you guys are not here, it's really lonely."

"That is why I finally have a solution for this problem." Max said, smiling widely.

"Solution? What solution?" Elliot said.

"I think it's time that Liam got married. I have this amazing family from Melksham in mind. They are really nice people. And their, daughter, well- step daughter, April, would be perfect for Liam. We should let them too meet, if that's okay with you?" Max asked Geoff.

"Yeah, I've been thinking about this, too. And if you're saying that the family is nice, then they must be great people. Also, Liam just finished studying and is joining business soon, so I guess it's the best time. Don't worry, I'll talk to him myself." Geoff smiled at his best friend. "Speaking of Liam, where is he?"

Amelia chuckled. "Dad, he already left for his Squash practice two hours ago."

"So early, today?" Elliot asked.

Amelia shrugged. "Yeah, I guess."

"Call and him to get his ass home. Say that Dad needs to talk." Geoff chuckled and said to Elliot.

author's note- so, okay, this is the first chapter and it was all about the Payne family. to make some important things clear, read below:-
1. Elliot (Liam's older brother) and Amelia (Liam's sister-in-law) are married.
2. Justin is Elliot & Amelia's son.
3. Geoff is Liam's and Elliot's father, Amelia's father-in-law (but she still calls him Dad) and Justin's grand father.
4. there is no mentioning of Liam's mother here so yeah, she's dead already. (sorry, Karen)
5. Max is not a part of the Payne family. he's just a really good childhood friend of Geoff's.
6. Geoff and Ernold (April's father) don't know each other yet. Ernold has heard Geoff's name a few times because he's the CEO of Payne Corps and that company is a worldwie success.

i guess that's all for now. ask me if you guys have any questions. and as i said, don't worry. it'll all eventually fall in place soon.

oh and and and guess who we're meeting in the next chapter? baBY PAYNE YAS YOU GUESSED IT RIGHT. and also the boys. do not worry, my loves, it's gonna be loooooong and ama-zayn chapter.

ah and who else thinks that Liam Payne is a bit too hot to live in this world? i mean- just look at the Attitude Magazine covers, they're so effin' hot, i can't even.

sorry for any typos, i wrote all of it right now and yeah. it's exetremely un-edited. but, i updated both my fanfics in the same day so yeaaaah.
