Once again I made my way through the plain hall both girls flanking me like obedient soldiers. The air around me was charged with my anger. Every single light behind me blew out one after the other the sparks flying in every direction without a known pattern. I pulled the gun out from my belt and my sweaty palms tightened around it itching to pull the trigger.

I could hear the nervous heartbeat of the man standing just around the corner. As I spun around I pulled the trigger of Tylers gun without hesitation and the bullet bore its way into the mans forehead. As his limp body slumped to the ground I was already at the corner of another hall not stopping to wait for the others.

After a while I stopped counting of how many bodies I was responsible for. I was loosing myself. If i kept going like this soon the whole building would blow its lights out.

A large fist flew at my face before I could react. It knocked me back a few steps TY's gun cluttering on the ground as I brought my fists in front of my face for defence. Another punch came flying at my face but this time I deflected it kicking out as my foot made contact with my assailants ribs. My ears focused as I heard defined cracks. I had just broken his ribs. To me he was a faceless drone that was just in my way. Not another person. I spun around In a graceful manner and jumped on my attackers back and firmly jerked his head to the side followed by a loud crack as his body went limp.

I jumped off his back and picked up Tylers gun and reloading it.

"Rose?" Skye whispered as her and Luna inched around the corner. She had a certain look of awe to her as she looked upon me.  Her eyes widened and I knew I had made a mistake.

The cold barrel of an unfired gun pressed against my skull.

"Turn around and back up." A gruff voice growled in my ear. I done as told and backed up with both of my hands up. My gun felt heavy against my leg as it hung in my belt. My fingers itched to use it but I couldn't put the others at risk. I had reluctantly come to trust them.

The tall man pointing the gun at us without warning fell forward a knife sticking out of his back.

Our eyes glided up toward a peculiar sight.

A pair of big black eyes stared at all of us hungrily partially covered by out of control blonde hair.

"Oh don't worry. He isn't dead. Just paralysed." The young boy spoke in a feminine sounding voice as he straddled the suited man grabbing a hold of the knife sticking out of his back. With a slight struggle he removed the knife and twirled it in his fingers eyeing the blood. "Now he's dead." The boys black eyes met my gold ones and a chill ran down my spine.

The boy was wearing ordinary white clothes stained with red, stained with blood. The only peculiar thing about him was his lack of shoes and the colourful suspenders around his shoulders, that and the scars that ran down his neck and arms. As I looked closer I noticed a smaller scar just about under his bottom lip.

The boy slowly lifted his fragile looking body from the ground and cocked his head a wide grin spreading across his scarred face. "Father will love meeting you. A time warped-" his eyes darted to Luna "- And you. You're one of those that rob one of their stamina." His eyes glided over Skyler. "But you." His large black eyes enclosed by long dark eyelashes settled on me. "You're a funny one aren't you goldie?"

In one swift movement I had my gun out. The image in front of me shifted and there she was. My mother, right in front of me. Smiling warmly as she had many times before when I still had her. "Mommy?" My gun cluttered to the ground as I sank to my knees and was reduced to a sobbing mess. Nothing existed to me any more. It was just her. And just like that my lights went out.

At first when I opened my eyes all I could see was white. It seemed to stretch on for miles. As I blinked my vision focused and I realised I was in an all white room. The  brightness made me uneasy. I was too exposed to unknown dangers. I soon realised my arms had been bound behind me with a thick rope. I turned to my side to free my arms but all I could do was scream. A few inches away from my face lay Alexanders body, Or well half of it.  I scooted as far back as I could before bumping into a wall. His whole bottom half was missing blood pooling on the white marble floor. I immediately freed my hands and came to a sitting position. As I looked closer I noticed movement in Alexanders wounds. maggots had began to infest his body. He would have had to be dead for days for that to happen. In my peripheral vision I saw slight movement and soon realised its source. Luna was lying unconscious on the ground as Skye pressed her hand to her stomach blood seeping through her shirt.

"Skyler." Her name tumbled past my lips my whisper filled with anguish.

"Father said I could play with you  a little. We will have so much fun! I promise! " A familiar voice spoke.

It was the boy. He had somehow found himself crouching over Alexanders body his hands in his pockets. "He was no fun. He gave up so easily." The boy shook his head gently his curly hair falling in his eyes.

I stole another glance at Skye. She was loosing blood too fast.

"I can't wait to see what you can do." The boy whispered in my ear. I jerked my head back from shock smashing it against the all white wall.

I gritted my teeth as I stared into his dark eyes. There seemed to be no end to them. "What do you want?" I gurgled my own voice obscure to my ears.

"Call me Atlas dear sisters. Oh we are going to have tons of fun" He giggled.

Now that he was closer I noticed that his scars were relatively fresh. The one on his neck was long and ran down vertically. It looked like the stitches had been just removed. Before I knew what was happening with my next blink the white room transformed into the forbidden forest.

From deep within the forest inconsolable screams could be heard followed by a grunt from Skye "Mike. We have to, we have to get him." She winced.

"I'll see you very soon." Atlas leaned in and wrapped his arms around me in a tight hug before I could protest he had skipped off into the thick vegetation disparaging from my sight.

"What  the hell was that?" Luna grunted as she propped herself up on her elbows.

"Atlast..." My alien voice trailed off as did the screams.
