Chapter 6: Part 2

" You are so lucky it's cold Evie. My outfit is still intact."
Eva and I are still walking down the hill taking our time. Thank god we left 2 hours early. She's in the middle of speaking when I hear music.
"Do you hear that? "
"Hear what Maia?"
I stop in the road listening but it's gone.
"It was nothing don't be worried. Besides we're almost there!" I point to the school in the distance, it's lights piercing the dusky night sky.

"Are you sure this is the entrance Eva?" "Yes I am sure just stay here, I'm gonna go get Jared ok?" She runs off, her heels clacking on the smooth pavement. I stand outside against the wall and play games on my phone, listen to music, anything to kill the boredom. I check my phone and the time reads 7:35. We got here at 6:00 sharp. "I'm gonna fucking kill her" I think to myself.
I walk into the building, put on my mask, and head toward the sound of the music. As I'm passing the doors, a bright flash goes into my eyes and makes me lose my balance. I stumble into a different hallway and keep walking, trying to clear my eyes.
" I've never seen this hallway before. Must be old." My thoughts run through my mind, some way more far-fetched than others.
I start to hear the music of the dance again, only way louder. I turn a corner and I'm on the old grand staircase overlooking our school's ballroom.

"Thank god I'm wearing my mask" I think to myself. I start to walk down the stairs slowly, savoring the beat of the music. Suddenly a spotlight shines on me and my hands fly up to my face. I peer between my fingers and see the entire school's eyes on me.
"Why the fuck are they staring at me? Why aren't they laughing?" I look down at myself. "That's right, I look like a bad-ass tonight.....Hell fuckin yea" I smirked and strutted my thick ass down the stairs all the way to the bottom, where I saw Eva and Jared grinning like fucking hyenas.

"You planned that shit didn't you?" I glared at the both of them until they started to laugh.
"Maia, don't pretend to be mad. You look sexy as fuck, you made a boss ass entrance, and you have at least 6hrs left to have fun!!!!
I looked at Jared and started to smile. He was right, of course. I looked great, I'm already having a great time, and I got my squad to back me up. I throw my arms around the both of them and whisper in their ears.
"Let's fuck this bitch up...."

OMG GUYS!!!!!! I'M BACK AND ALIVE!!! Lol I know you guys are kinda mad at me cuz I was gone for mad long but I'm back now!! Lol I was in a funk for awhile, not really motivated, but then I got out of it and there was all types of shit to do with college and applications and all of that. I most definitely will try to post up part 3 of this chapter very soon and there will be so many more chapters, plot twists, feels, and OMG moments to come. Until then, Happy New Year my otakus,
