Okay, so I don't really quite know what to say. I stopped writing this book for awhile because in my personal life, I went through A LOT in basically these 2 years. Not a lot of things that happened were good for me, but they still helped me learn a lot. I'm going to be workshopping this story a lot, because I have so many new ideas and new things that I want to work in. I also will be making some changes to the cast list including the male lead.
I thought if I made the story a little bit of a fan fiction at the time, that'd make it cooler and more people would read my book. But I've realized that that's not the kind of story I want to tell. A lot of this story is influenced by my life and the things that I went through, and I want to make the fiction part of it captivating. But that's the thing about realistic fiction. Part of it has to be realistic; real and based on fact. So yea, updates will be more constant; they won't always be chapters but it's gonna help the story get better and better. However, next chapter is going to be really special since we are finally going to meet Maia's big sister!! Oooh not gonna be any tension there is there?? Thanks for sticking around you guys, even if it's just 5 of you guys, it means the world to me. I'm happy to be back 😌✨🌸
