A golden bond

Dawn sunshine filtered through the forest. The flowers were blooming at last; snow dripped from the branches and collided with the forest floor. Leaves crunched beneath Blackjack's paws she sat down and made a small howl; which represented that she wanted the wolves of phoniex pack to gather around.
Okami was the first to gather around she sat right in the middle, waiting for her best friend Goldenheart to join her. I wonder what news Blackjack and Graytail have today most likely bad news after all it's been like that for the past few days thought Okami. "Alright quiet down please"! Said Blackjack while raising a paw. "Now thankfully we have no bad news" said Blackjack happily and all the wolves howled happily as well. "Prey has been good, the elders and pups are healthy as well" said Blackjack. The wolves howled once more but with more pride in it. "Their howling is so loud they'll scare all the prey away" growled Graytail. Heavenly gave out a murrow of laughter "oh Graytail let them have their fun after all it's been a while since they have gotten good news" said Heavenly stalking away with Blackjack. Graytail grunted then mumbled "I guess so"

"Well looks like the great wolf is giving us a bit of hope" said Goldenheart softly.
"Yeah she is" said Okami waging her tail with glee, it was silent for moment until Okami thought of an idea. "Hey Goldenheart it's been a while since me and you actually have hunted, so how about we do it today" said Okami. Goldenheart looked at her doubtful "I don't know Okami I'm a warrior and your a hunter you know very well that warriors stay here while hunters get prey" said Goldenheart. "Come on Goldenheart please!" Begged Okami, Goldenheart looked at Okami stareing dead straight into her eyes she then sighed. "Theirs no way I'm getting out of this aren't I" said Goldenheart "Nope, come on let's go while it's still crowded" said Okami running toward the entrance. "Alright" said Goldenheart
