The story was supposed to be titled A Place In Your Heart then I changed it to Eyes Opened. I used the original title for @billymoowakie's other story instead. APIYH is for a story that is more focused on love.
I decided to use Eyes Opened because it's more fit for the story. The characters will have the journey of their lives. They will find what they are searching for if they open their eyes.

Prologue.
Her POV.
I lost my patience. He never said a word!
"I hate you!" as I walked out
"Don't you dare walk away from me! Don't you dare walk away from your future!"
That made me stop. He always had that effect on me.
"You wanna know what I feel? I am happy. I'm happy because you're here! All I wanted was to be your Prince Charming, your knight in shining armor. I wanted to protect you. I wanted to love you. Naramdaman ko yan the first time I saw you. I want to be your everything. I want to be the one you need. Naghihintay ka ng Prince Charming mo pero hindi mo naman binubuksan yang mga mata mo. Matagal nang nasa tabi mo ang taong hinahanap mo. Learn to open your eyes." He caught me off guard.
After that scene, we never talked to each other again. I learned to open my eyes. We wanted to give each other some space and time.
We never realized that not only our emotions for each other were changed but also our friendship changed. Well, it was until something happened.
