"Liyah are you ready yet ?" My mom asked for the third time
"Almost ! " I put my headband on my head and pulled my shirt over my bathing suit top. I slipped on my shorts and flip flops. I grabbed my Victoria secret bag and put my towel,lotion,comb and an extra pair of clothes In it.
"You ready now !" My mom said as she stood at my door
I laughed she is so impatient. "Yes ma'am I am let's go !"
I ran down the steps and outside. I hopped in the car and put my bag in the back seat . seconds later my mom came.
"Finally lady !"
"Are you really saying that? It took you like forty hours to put an outfit on !" My Mom said as she started the car
"Ma,you know beauty takes time!"
"It does, Your hair is cute ! How did you do it?"
"I wahed it then put a little grease in it to keep it curly."
"Well it's cute and we here !"
"Dang already ? "
"Yes girl the beach is only five minutes from our house !"

I got out the car and got my bag.my mom got our chairs. I picked a spot then we sat our self up.
"Mommy I'm going in the water!"I took my shirt and shorts off
"Okay don't go far tho!"

I ran to the water and dove in.it felt so good.I started swimming then I got tired. I got out the water and rubbed my eyes. It was water in my eyes guys! That hurt ! Next thing you know I'm on the ground.

"Yeah,thanks for asking. " I started walking away
"Ayeee you dropped this. " he ran up to me and handed me my head band.

He ran to his stuff and got his phone then he walked back. He handed it to me. I put my number it in and gave him a hug.

I walked back to my mom when I got there she had the biggest smirk on her face.

"Mmm...I seen you ! Who is he?"
"Oh he is a friend that I just made."
"Right? Anyways you ready to go?"
"Yep! I got ocean water all in my hair. "

We grabbed All the bags and carried them to my room. Once we was done I plopped down on my bed. I plugged my phone up to the charger then I got some messages.
