Once upon a time long ago an old man was selling different fruit seeds to some fat guy named Tod. The old man got a great deal from Tod, he sold all the seeds for around 3,000 dollars. Tod bought seeds such as watermelon seeds, cantaloupe seeds, and many more. This is when the legend began first he planted all the cantaloupe seeds then the apple tree seeds and so many many more. But finally he planted the watermelon seeds. He looked in all of the bags to make sure every single seed was out of the bags, the he saw just one lonely watermelon seed in the bag. He then decided to plant it in the exact middle of his farm. All the seeds had sprouted except the one seed in the middle of the field. A couple of months later he shipped all the fruits to different buyers. At that moment he realized the watermelon seed in the middle of the field has still not grown! Then the next night a little stem popped out of the ground. It then grew fast almost to fast. At last the seed was done growing.
