Farkle smiled over at the brunette shoving mashed potatoes into her mouth. The gravy was spilling from the fork and she had potato all the way around her mouth. It was the cutest and most disgusting thing Farkle had ever seen and he loved every minute of it.
Farkle had decided years ago that Riley was the one for him. He chose LaLala over AGHHHHH all the time and did not regret any minute of it. Yes choosing Riley Matthews was the greatest thing he had ever done. That and becoming the smartest child in the history of John Quincy Adams middle and high school. Beat that dad. He (unlike his father) had got some version of Topanga. Except his Topanga was better. Like a Topanga 2.0 and as he watched the brunette perform unspeakable chewing on a mashed potato Farkle felt at peace with himself. Like he had never done before.
Riley
"Ok let it out" said her best friend Maya Hart
"YYYYYAAAAAAAAYYYYY" replied Riley smiling a smile that stretched from her chin to her ears. Both girls had been gushing in awe over Mayas engagement ring. It was a sapphire heart shaped gem set in a platinum band.
"It's like a super sparkly ring power!" Gushed Riley jumping up and down in the middle of Riley's formally Topanga's and Riley had flour all over her hands from making croissants. She grabbed maya and forced her to jump up and down with her and maya smiled at her silly friend and decided to let her guard down and join her. After what seemed like 5 minutes of screaming and people giving them odd looks maya decided it was time to go and join her fiancé at their apartment. Riley waved goodbye and continued to make the treats before wrapping them up for Farkle and heading home. Smiling to herself on the subway.
