We choose to open the biggest one, we figured if we open the biggest one then we'd be uncovering the biggest part.
I found the largest box in the darkest corner, it's stamped with the familiar DUM. I climb to the top and pull open the tabs at the top, one all four of them are undone the walls of the box fall in unison, wha-
"OMG IS THAT A-"
"TIMEMACHINE?!?!?!" I finish
"It can't be."
"Well there's only one way to find out."
"Well, what've we got to lose?"
And just like that we slowly walk over to the "time machine".
As I step in I notice how rusty it is, this thing must be as old as dirt.
Once we're inside, it's a completely different story, the walls are pristine white and the controls are a weird metal I've never seen before. Its a silver color with weird purple specks.
I look at the control and notice it asks us what time period we want to go to.
Furar pipes up,"I've always wanted to go to the past."
"What? the future's where it's at!"
"You don't know that, anything could've happened. While, I know what happened in the past."
"That's the beauty of going to the future!"
He looks at me with irresistible puppy dog eyes. It's just dawning on me how odd he is.
"Uhg, you're so annoying, fine lets go to the past."
I tell the machine to bring us to the past, it doesn't hesitate and immediately begins whirring.
I grab Furar's hand. I don't want to be stuck in the past without the person who brought me there.
The outside fades into a vortex, we begin flying through it. Its a blur of purples, blues, and whites. The vortex resembles the inside of a doughnut, there's a hole in the center and the walls are curved. Slowly, more and more time machines start appearing. However, they look cleaner. We begin slowing down, then we break.
"Woah, that was smooth!" Exclaimed Furar.
I let go of his hand as the vortex fades into what I'm assuming is the past. But is it?
