If Lucy never joined Fairy Tail, Gajeel would have never attacked Shadow Gear. The only reason he did was to start a war to get Lucy back! Which means he would have never joined Fairy Tail, nor would Juvia! SO NO GRUVIA OR GALE.
My second headcanon is Lucy totally ships them!
