Your mom & Iron Man

"It's morning."

My eyes fluttered open as I heard a deep rumble in my ear.

"It's also a Sunday. Why are you waking me up at ten o'clock?" I sleepily asked Damian as I glanced my eyes over at my alarm clock.

"So I could give my beautiful girlfriend a kiss. Why else would I wake you up?" He mumbled against my lips. His lips were rough but gentle at the same time and I just wanted to melt into them. I slowly but surely drifted away from them and rested my head against his.

"So you could ask me what I wanted for breakfast?" I said with a sprinkle of hopefulness in my voice.

Damian smirked and stood up walking over to the dresser where a large bowl of cinnamon toast crunch sat. He picked it up and walked back over to me."I'm always one step ahead of you." He mumbled while handing it to me and grabbing a cup of his own with some coffee in it.

Damian and I have been together for a little over a year now and things are still going great. Everyday he always comes over to my house; school or not, and spends the morning with me. My parents think he's a good influence on me so they don't mind. Not that there home enough to really notice him anyways.

"Thanks babe." I said through a mouth full of my favorite cereal.

"Wow. You sure know how to charm a man." He mentioned with a look of disgust on his face.

"So the foreign exchange student is coming tomorrow." I said once I was finished with my breakfast.

"I know." He whispered looking excited.

"I'm so excited to meet her." I said.

"Wait, what was her name again?" He mumbled.

"Astrid reallylonglastnamethaticantpronounce."

"Oh yea really? That was her name?"

"Yup. And I'm one hundred and thirty seven percent positive!"

"Yea sureeee."

God I love him.

"So what are we doing today?" I asked him while going through my closet trying to pick out what to wear. I decided on some distressed denim shorts and a long sleeved black v neck shirt. I walked over to my nightstand and grabbed the necklace Damian got me for our one year anniversary and walked towards the bathroom.

"Well I was thinking we could go to the mall and we could watch the new Iron Man 3?" he said hopefully.

I chuckled and got into the shower, not shutting the door.

"Okay... Only if you buy the popcorn this time." I said persuasively.

"This time? When do I not buy you popcorn?" he asked through a laugh.

"Well your the man in this relationship! Your suppose to buy me stuff!" I said breathily.

"Yea but normal girls usually ask for a ring or a teddy bear." he retorted.

I finished my shower and wrapped a towel around my small figure and walked over to him.

"Who said I was a normal girl?" I whispered in his ear. He grabbed the back of my neck and brought his lips down to mine.

"That. Was. Amazing!" I squealed to Damian.

"Mack, your only saying that because you think Robert Downey Jr is hot." He said using the nickname he made for me while gripping my hand in his and leading me out of the movie theater.

"Yes. Yes I am." I retorted. "And please stop calling me Mack, you know I hate it."

"Fine. Mackenzie." He mumbled while leading me towards the food court.

"Are you seriously hungry?" I asked him.

"Well you did eat all of the popcorn during the previews when I was in the bathroom, so yes." he said with a smirk on his face.

"Hey, you knew it was going to happen."

"Please remind me, how are you not fat? What do you do to burn off all those calories?"

"Your mom."

"That's disgusting."

"That's not what she was saying last night."

"Your so immature."

"And you love it."

"I know."

I giggled and walked towards his favorite place to get food. The Panda Express. Personally, I think the name totally ruins the food, but Damian doesn't mind.

"Um I'll have some Egg drop soup with some white rice and she will have some orange chicken and a fortune cookie." He said automatically to the person behind the counter.

"Wow you know me so well." I said with love.
