Surprise One Shot

Surprise? Hello I've been wanting to write this for a while. A one shot where they're grown up a bit. Mason is 18 Henry is 15 and Catherine is 13.

Harry and Louis watch with tears in their eyes as their son gets his high school diploma. It had been a uphill battle for Mason who suffered with really bad depression and anxiety but he made it and Louis was just so damn emotional.

After the ceremony Mason came out from back stage and hugged his dad's tight.

"I'm so proud of you. You did something everyone said you wouldn't be able to do. You proved everyone wrong" Louis wiped his eyes letting Harry hug Mason. When Mason was going through school his teachers and doctors said he'd never graduate.

"C'mon grandma and lunch are waiting for us at home" Harry says leading his family out of the hall.

When they arrive back home Anne, Gemma, her boyfriend Nate, Robin, Jay, Dan, Lottie, Fizzy, Daisy and Phoebe are all there waiting for them. They of course we're at the ceremony but left early to set up lunch. Two large tables were set up under the patio with a huge barbecue lunch already set out. They all took a seat, Harry and Louis next to each other of course before they started eating.

"I can't believe he's graduated high school. My baby is no longer a baby" Louis tries not to cry again but he fails sniffling slightly. Harry sighs wrapping one of his arms around his husband.

"Our babies are growing up Cathie is thirteen already. It feels like she was just born yesterday" Louis nods sniffling slightly.

"I know what you mean. I wish I could have more babies" Louis sighs looking at his stomach.

"Louis no we agreed that Catherine would be our last baby" Louis looked at Harry trying his best to look cute and pathetic at the same time.

"We'll talk about this later. It isn't a yes though" Louis sighs watching Harry walk over to Henry who was kicking a football around with Mason.

"You alright Lou? Louis looks up at Gemma and nods.

"Yeah I'm fine" Gemma sits where Harry previously was.

"I heard what you and Harry were talking about. He doesn't want another baby? That's so not like him" Louis nods sighing.

"I don't know. I don't know why he doesn't want another baby. Can you keep a secret?" Gemma nods sipping her drink.

"Duh, spill"

"I'm pregnant. I found out last week and I've been trying to drop hints but Harry is being stubborn and its pissing me off. He keeps saying he doesn't want another baby" Gemma rubs Louis back as he takes deep breaths trying not to cry.

"Just tell him. He'll fall in love with this baby. You know he will" Louis wipes his eyes nodding.

"I know but there's this voice in the back of my head saying all these what ifs. I'm going to go inside this is suppose to be about Mason anyway. Before Gemma can say anything Louis rushes inside. Gemma walks over to her brother pulling him aside.

"Your husband just ran inside crying" Harry sighs running a hand through his hair.

"He wants another baby. I said no" Gemma give him a 'are you serious' look.

"Don't look at me like that. I'm happy with the kids we have. I'm scared that having another baby will ruin everything" Gemma takes a deep breath trying not to hit her brother.

"I shouldn't say this but Louis just told me he's pregnant and what you said has really upset him" Harry groans.

"Bloody hell!" Harry says before storming off inside after Louis. He walks upstairs to their bedroom where Louis is lying on top of the covers sniffling.
