I never really understood why I fell for him as hard as I did. In fact I still dont understand. Maybe it was his undeniable boyish good looks. The way his hair curled in all the right places.The way his eyes made you feel like you were breaking some law just by staring into them. Or the way his lip piercing made you want to kiss him, until you can no longer feel the cool metal. Maybe it was our magnetic attraction. The way we always seem to some how find eachother. It semmed like he was always bailing me out of trouble. It could have been that he was mysterious. No one knew much about him and it semmed like he wanted it that way. This of course only made me want to know exactly why was he so mysterious. I mean those who are mysterious are so for one of two reasons. He could think that his mysterious persona worked with girls, or he held secrets that were for his ears and his ears only. Either way I was determined to find out about this boy who soon became the center of my universe. I wanted to know his favorite color, favorite thing to eat, and what the color of his tooth brush was (as silly as that sounds.) I sort of became obssessed with discovering the many mysteries of Slater Hale. Even though I did not know much about Slater Hale there was one thing I did know. He was always and forever mine.
