Close my eyes
and hold my tongue
your on my mind
You've all but won.
My minds a sin,
my thoughts impure.
your part of my past,
what about my future?
Could I fall for insecurity,
How can I be so naive?
Do you truly love me,
or taking advantage of simplicity?
Could I say no
in that moment?
Could lust and danger
overpower sense and reason?
I never believed that age meant wisdom,
Common sense could always prevail,
Than I met you,
My heart took over
The road down sins path
is thrilling and shimmering,
but the road to forgiveness is
long and binding.
Is it worth living
just to regret?
can I let my heart decide
when I know the foolishness inside?
Perhaps you rely on my
inexperience to gain your own pleasure
Deceiving me isn't that simple,
I know your trying to fool me,
and I say its OK.
I let you fool me
I want some experience.
Help me learn how to be normal
Whats a whore?
setting your standards
and going below them?
Give away your virginity,
Knowing your worth will be
lowered.
Let him touch you
Mentally and physically,
just to feel some human connection.
I love you means the same
coming from anyones tongue.
words are just words,
even without sincerity.
Let me hear them said
just to ignore the truth.
I know you do not mean them,
But lets pretend that you do.
