Running Ever Since...

Chapter 5

I wake up at Georgia's apartment with the TV still going. Friends, no surprise. "Making all our plans in the Santa Cruz sand that night." My phone starts singing. I look over at Georgia who is asleep. Find phone, now! "Thought I had you in the palm of my hand that night." "Sh, 5sos. Where are you?" I ask my phone. "Screaming at the top of my lungs til my chest felt tight. I told myself that I'm never gonna be alright." Found it! "Hello?" I ask in the phone. "Yeah, hi. There is a blue box and a Theo that has fainted." "Who is this?" I ask like a Victorian from the 1800's. "Alyssa!" She screams. "How nice. Do it!" I say. "No." Aly says. "Please!" I begged into the phone. "Batman, I need your help!" She says into the phone. "Help is one the way!" I scream as I hung up the phone.

I came running into my apartment to see the TARDIS in the living room. I look down to see Theo on the ground by Alyssa. This is priceless. I obviously take a photo of the once in a life time opportunity. Then Georgia walks into our apartment. "What is that?" She asks us. "Ask the crazy one." Alyssa says while kicking Theo to try to wake him. "It's the box I was telling you about." I say. "Mad man is in there?" She says. "Yeah." I go over to the door and open it. The light hum of the engine could be heard from the outside of the box. "Doctor?" I sing into the open door of the box. "Hello!" He yells. He comes running my way. Then he grasp my arm and pulls me inside.

"Wait!" I say. "My friends." "How many?" He asks. "Two." "Go get them. Be quick. We have to get to base." "Which base?" I say going to open the door for my friends. "Torchwoods." He says. "No thank you!" I say. "Why not?" "I left it, I quit." I say to him. "Go get your friends." He says. I open the door and look at the two girls. "Come on, what are you waiting for?" I ask. Georgia comes running in while Alyssa stays behind. "Aren't you coming?" "What about Theo?" "It's a time machine. Don't worry, we'll come back before he wakes up." I say with a smile. She comes running into the TARDIS. "No way! It's so big!" Georgia yells. I run over to the controls and grab a megaphone. "Please keep all hands and feet inside the TARDIs at all times. Please refrain from throwing up and please remember to hold on tight because if you don't, you might die. Thanks for flying with the Doctor and friends. Have a great flight." I say. "Hold on, now!" The Doctor screams.

We arrive at our destination and I run to the doors. "You do like running." The Doctor says. "Don't you?" I say. "Well, I don't so let's not do any running." Georgia says. I walk out the doors to be a Torchwood. Jack come into the room with Lanto close behind. "Hello!" the Doctor says. Georgia and Alyssa come out of the TARDIS and stand behind me. "Is that Jack?" Alyssa asks. "Yep." I say angrily. "Can we go?" I ask the Doctor. "No, we have to go on a mission. I need help but it's in the future where I have a different face again. It's going to be hard, but don't go up to me or get noticed by me at all." The Doctor says. "What's the mission?" I ask him. "You're going to stop something that can't happen." "Everything happens for a reason." I say to the Doctor as Gwen pulls me over to the main room with my friends behind me. He looks down. "What happens if I fail?" I ask. "Everything would stay the same." He says. "I'm changing time?" I ask him. "Yeah." He says as he walks back into the TARDIS. It starts to disappear. "Damn, that was my ride." I say to the girls. "Get ready, we have work to do." Gwen says.

"This is your ear piece. Put it in." Owen says. "Okay. How will I get to where I need to be?" I ask. "That bracelet you got on your first day. It's a vortex manipulator. It's a time travel device." "Awesome!" I say. "Punch in the code thingy." I say shoving the manipulator into Jack's face. "You girls hold on to her arm. You're going too." The girls jump up from their seats and grab onto my arm. "Is it safe enough for them?" I ask Owen. "We don't know. We know nothing about the mission." He says to me. "Sorry." Then we disappear. The image we see was soon different. It's cold now and I see old buildings. "Nobody leave my sight." I say to the girls. I earn two nods from them. "Okay, let's move." I say. I get out my gun and walked in front of them. "Do you see anything weird?" I ask them. "Yeah, over there is the statue of Liberty." Alyssa says. "So?" Georgia asks. "So, it means we're in New York. But why are the streets empty?" She says.

I walk on to the street and I hear stone move from behind me. "Stop." I say. They stop moving and look around. "Is it just me or has the statue of Liberty moved." Alyssa says. "Move now! Into that building!" I order the two. They run into it with me close behind. I grab my gun and check if anything is following. "Go to the top level. If anyone else is there go to them." I say. They run up the steps and as soon as it's clear, I follow. We get up to the last set of stairs when we heard crying.

"Doctor. We need to help him!" I hear someone say. "Doctor?" I call out. Then a man in a tweeted coat and a bow tie appears. "Alison?" He questions. "You're not meant to see me. Or these ones either so we have to talk quick." I say. "Is this in the future or past?" I ask. "Future, well. No we are in the past but for you in the future but we are in the present but you come from my past." He says deep in thought. "Another time traveller." Says another man that come behind the Doctor. "First time by myself." I say to him. "I'm Rory Williams." He says. "Alison Parker." I say. "Oh, yes. I know you. You're the companion wh-." "Sh, she doesn't know. Time traveller." The Doctor says. "Doctor, is that a weeping angel?" A girl says.

"Don't blink. No one blink." Another girl says. "Gerorgia, Alyssa, go over to them." I say. They run over to the 4 people over by a door. I turn around slowly and see a stone hand right a my face. I shot the stone and it shatters into pieces. I run over to the group and I say "Go up! Don't stop until on the roof." I say to them. "Is she allowed to give orders?" A girl says. "I am a trained to give orders and protect humans. I think I'm qualified." I say. The group runs um and I slowly follow. I bump into someone. I turned around with a gun at its face. "Woah, don't shot! I'm the Doctor!" He says.

A scream was heard from up above. I run upstairs and find Alyssa running. Running off the roof.
