Warning there is violence in this one shot

Kirstie's pov
"Jeremy stop!"
"Not until you tell me the truth"
He hit me again and I fell to the floor.
"I already told you I didn't kiss him."
He kicked me.
"Then what were you doing."
"Nothing I promise, I did nothing but push him away"
Two more kicks.
"That's bullshit Kirstin and you know that, I saw it."
He grabbed me by my collar and slapped me across the face.
"Get the fuck out."
"Where am I supposed to go."
"Why don't you go over to your new boyfriend's house, slut."
I was already crying but I just lost it and starting hitting him back, but he is a lot stronger then me so he grabbed my arms and punched me and I fell to the floor again.
"Leave NOW"
I just ran out and drove. I found myself at Avi's house and I walked up to the door and knocked on it and almost instantly Avi was at the door.
"Oh my god Kirstie what happened?"
"Can I come in"
"Of course sit down over here."
Avi's Pov
Who could be here this late. When I open the door my heart sank, her arms and face were all bruised and her nose was bleeding.
"Oh my god Kirstie what happened?"
"Can I come in"
"Of course sit down over here."
We sat on my couch and she started crying.
"Here let me get you a tissue for that nose of yours."
I went into my room and got the box of tissues and gave them to Kirstie.
"Thanks Avi."
"What happened?"
"Well, Jeremy and I were at a club and this creep started grabbing me and tried to kiss me but I pushed him away but Jeremy didn't see me push him away so he just thought we k-kissed. He pulled me out of there and when we got home he threw me to the floor and started hitting me and kicking me."
She broke down crying and I pulled her into a hug trying not to make it too tight so I don't hurt  her.
"Where did he kick you?"
She pulled her shirt up a little showing bruises along her ribs and stomach. I instantly got mad.
Kirstie's pov
"He's an idiot. You can stay here tonight."
"Thanks Avi, just get me a blanket and pillows and I can sleep on the couch."
"What?! No you can take my room I'll take the couch."
"Okay"
He gave me one of his shirts and gave me another hug.
In the morning I went to the kitchen where Kevin was already eating breakfast.
"Hey Kirst."
"Hey Kevin, is Avi still sleeping?"
"Yeah I guess it was a late night for him"
He still hadn't looked up from his meal.
"When did you get he- oh my gosh Kirstie"
He ran and gave me a hug and a little peck on the cheek.
"So that is why he was sleeping on the couch."
"Yup"
I told Kevin the whole story.
"Well we have rehearsal today but we can call it off if you don't feel up to it"
"No, I'm fine but I just don't have anything to wear."
"Haha ok I'll take you back to your apartment so you can get your clothes but I'm coming in with you."
"Ok thanks Kev."
We went to the apartment and surprisingly Jeremy was not there so I just grabbed a long sleeve shirt and pants and went back to Avi's place and changed there.
"Ok ready to go."
"Yes" Avi and I responded.
Kevin drove with Avi and I sitting in the back. Avi sat next to me putting an arm around my shoulder, pulling me close. I felt a blush spreading across my face, I have loved Avi for the longest time, but why would he want me. I'm ugly and fat.
"Ok guys we're here."
Kevin announced from the front and Avi pulled away. I instantly missed his warmth.
"Are you sure you're ok to rehearse today"
Avi asked me in a serious tone.
"Yeah I'll be ok."
I said tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.
We went inside and joined Scott and Mitch in the studio.
"Hey guys."
Scott said.
We started the rehearsal and it was going great until someone had to show up.
"Kirstie where did you go last night." He said calmly like nothing happened.
"I went to Avi and Kevin's house" I said choking back tears.
"Can I talk to you outside real quick?" He said through gritted teeth.
"Sure" I sighed. I texted Avi before I was all the way out.
K- Can you keep an eye on this I'm scared on what he might do
He looked at his phone then back at me and nodded his head. Jeremy and I went all the way outside into the parking lot. I called Avi and didn't answer so he could hear the situation.
"What the hell Kirstie I know I made a mistake and then you go and sleep with your bandmate!"
He slapped me, pinned my arms behind my back and punched my stomach.
"I didn't sleep with him."
"That's a fucking lie."
Once again slapped me.
"Jeremy please I didn't do anything."
I could feel the tears rolling down my face.
"I wish I could believe you, but you're a slut so I can't."
He punched me knocking me to the ground.
"She is not a slut." I heard from behind.
I guess I had gotten knocked on conscious because when I woke up I was laying on the studio couch with Scott, Mitch, Kevin, Esther, Ben, and Avi around me.
"What happened?"
"Well Avi beat up Jeremy and called the cops."
I looked at Avi and he had his head hung low.
"You're my hero."
I tried to get up but the pain was to much. Avi came to me and placed a kiss on my forehead.
"Anything"
Once I did get up Avi and Kevin drove me home and Avi walked me up.
"Can you stay with me tonight?"
"Of course."
We set up a movie and we laid on the couch.
"I love you Avi."
I was embarrassed as soon as I said that. He was silent for a while.
"I'm sorry I di-" I was cut off by a pair of soft lips on mine.
"I Love you too Kirstie."
