Pearl: What is the question Steven?
Steven: Creepygirl71 asks you.....
Question:
"Pearl, what did you mean by "you're just a pearl. You said you couldn't do anything yourself and also that you're useless on your own"
Everyone: *silent*
Pearl: Well...um you see, I was made by Homeworld for only 1 purpose, to serve them. Pearls were low ranked gems at the time and weak compared to the other gems. But when I joined the rebellion Rose gave a new purpose to exist. She showed me how to fight and to be strong. Rose was everything to me, while I was just her knight who fought by her side. I sacrificed everything for her. But then she.........gave up her gem to make Steven. (Steven becomes sadder) I felt like I lost my purpose after she was gone, for thousands of years I have been by her side, protecting even if it meant losing my life. But even for how long I protected her, I still lost her and I....just... (A tear starts falling) miss her. *covers her face and cries*
Everyone: *more silence*
Garnet: *walks to Pearl* Pearl, (Pearl looks at Garnet) We all know how much you loved Rose. She was the most loving and brave gem we all have met. But you have to move forward for Rose and your own sake.
Pearl: But.....
Garnet: And you aren't nothing, you are special. You chose to go against Homeworld no matter what the consequence. You are your own gem Pearl, you choose your own purpose. It's what Rose would've wanted you to do.
Steven: (gives a small grin) Pearl, you are awesome, you taught me so many things about gems, not to mention a you're Sword fighter.
Pearl: (also gives a small grin) Thank you. *wipes a tear*
Everyone: *hugs while teary eyed*
Steven: Thank you Creepygirl71 for asking.
