Ben's POV
I wake up in Austin's arms. I look around to see our clothes scattered across the room. I hope Raio didn't get scared. I lightly move his arms off of me and get up. I pull out a set of random clothes and I walk into the bathroom. I take a shower then I put on my clothes. I walk out and walk to Raio's room. I open his door to see Drew and him asleep together. I like them being together. I walk out and into the living room. I turn on the TV and wait for the others to get up
About an hour later, Raio and Drew walks down. "Hey guys, did you two sleep fine?" "Yea...Umm...Is it alright for his family to come over for dinner." "Sure. It will be nice to meet your family Drew." He smiles and Raio says "Thanks Ben."
Austin and I are waiting for Drew's family to arrive for dinner. Ross and Rydel helped us set up. I soon hear the doorbell ring and see Raio run towards the door. He opens it and Drew, along with one child and a lady walks in. I recognize all of them instantly. Courtney and her only child that I know of which is North. North is the same age as Raio. As soon as North sees me, he runs up to me and hugs me. "Hey North." I don't have to squat to give him a hug since he is only a couple of inches shorter than me. "Hey dad!" Austin gives me a confused look. "North considers me his dad since...well" I look at Courtney hoping she could explain. "North's dad died about a month after he was born. Ben was always there for him." Austin's look turns sympathetic. "I'm sorry." "It's fine." I say. Drew walks in and says "My step dad will be here soon." I nod and Me and Austin walk towards the kitchen. We setup the table and place the bowls with the food down in the middle. I hear the front door close so Me and Austin walk into the living room to meet Drew's step dad. When we walk in my fists immediately clench. "Ben?" "Alex..." (A/N Not AC. I just needed a name and that was the first one that I came up with.) "I'm guessing you two know each other." Drew says. "oh yea...We know each other real well." I say. If you are confused, Alex and I used to date years ago before Austin and I even met. He used to abuse me and finally we broke up. We're both 23 now and I'm not scared of him, I just don't want him around Raio. "well...um lets go eat." Austin says, breaking the awkward silence. I laugh and we walk into the kitchen. If your confused on how me and Alex were dating with me dating Ross as well as dating Austin. Well I broke up with Alex about a month before I started dating Ross. About two years later, Ross and I are told to break up by his parents so we did. Austin and I started to date a year later. about 5 years into my relationship with Austin, Me and Ross had..well you know. Austin found out about it and we almost broke up from it but we fixed our problems. That's where we are now.
We are now eating and talking in the kitchen. I keep having memories of what Alex did to me and they won't go away. It seems like he's changed but I don't want to believe it. I start tear up while eating and Austin sees it. "Baby? You alright?" "I just need some time." I get up and walk out to the backyard and start running. This is just too much for me. The tears start to flow down my face when I feel someone grab my arm. They spin me around and I see Alex staring at me. "Ben...whats wrong." "I'm...I'm just scared for Raio." "I would never hurt Raio. I felt bad after I hurt you and I wanted to make it up to you so bad but I was too late. You were already dating someone else." "Why didn't you come tell me? I still loved you." "I was too scared that I hurt you too badly. I didn't want to get rejected. I have been rejected so many times and it makes me feel destroyed inside. I felt like you wouldn't love me anymore." "Alex...I will always love you. You we're my first love." It's true, I still have feelings for him, but Austin is my husband and that will be my final answer to everything. "How about we forget about our past and start fresh. We can be best friends." He says. "Alright, I can do that." We hug and walk back in as friends not enemies.
Courtney and Alex left about 5 minutes ago. Drew is staying with Raio tonight so they are getting ready for bed. It's about 10:30 so we are too. Alex and I started to get along a lot more after our little talk. I really do miss him. I'm glad he moved on though. I moved on to the greatest man ever. Austin walks over to me and puts his hands on my shoulders. I put my hands on his waist and we look into each others eyes. "Have I ever told you that you are beautiful?" He asks. "No that's the first time, but don't call me that. I'm not beautiful." "Yes you are." "I'm handsome and charming like you." He laughs. "Oh okay."
I am awoken by Drew running into our room and calling for help. "Ben, Austin, help! I think Raio is having a seizure." Me and Austin jump up and walk into Raio's room. "You got to let him seize. Holding him down could kill him." Raio soon stops and he wakes up soon after that. "What happen?" He asks. "You were having a seizure." Austin explains. "Oh..Sorry that I scared you Drew." "It's alright Raio. I just wanted to make sure you were alright." "Now get some sleep. You both have a long day tomorrow." I say. "Goodnight." Raio and Drew says. "Goodnight boys." We say. We walk back into our room and Austin literally falls on the bed. "I'm so tired." He says. "Well then go to sleep." I laugh. "Shut up." He says. I lay beside him the same way just to mock him. "Are you mocking me now?" He asks in a tired tone. "Depends." I scoot closer to him and lightly place a kiss on his cheek. We fall asleep right there.
I wake up and Austin is still beside me. I look at the time and it is 11:30AM. Well, so much for our breakfast date. I guess I will just go by McDonald's for some breakfast. I take a shower then I pick out Austin's favorite outfit for me to wear and put it on. (I will have the description of it later!!) I walk out and take Austin's Range Rover keys and I walk out. I get into his now pink Range Rover since he changed the wrap on it and I turn it on. (I forgot what the date it is in this book so that's why I didn't say it was for October. I will have the date in the next chapter.)
I drive to McDonald's and order four things of Hot Cakes and eight hashbrowns. McDonald's now has All Day Breakfast which is like heaven to me because I love their breakfast. I get the food and I drive back home.
I open the house door and Austin is already up about to turn on the stove to make breakfast. "Babe. I got breakfast!" He turns around and he says "You got me McDonald's and you are wearing the outfit that I love for you to wear. Is it Christmas?" I laugh. "No, We didn't get to have our breakfast date so I though I go pick up some Breakfast from McDonald's." "Well thank you." He says. I throw him his keys and he gives me a confused look. "Yea, I took your car."
We ate our food and Austin gets a phone call. "ugh...its my manager. I'll be back." He gets up and walks outside. I throw out trash away and he walks back in and says "I got to go to the studio. I'll be back before dinner." "Okay." I say as I let out a sigh. He walks over to me and pulls me into a hug. "It will only be for today. I promise. I don't like leaving you here alone but someone has to take care off Raio and Drew while I am gone. I sure don't trust them alone in this big house." "I get it, I get it. Just please hurry." "I'll try my best." He lays a kiss on my lips and lets go of me. He grabs his bag and his keys then walks out. I let out a big sigh then I walk over to the couch and sit down. Raio and Drew finally come down after about an hour. I am already half asleep so when they come down the stairs, it kinda scares me. They walk over to me and Raio asks "Where's Austin?" "He is at the studio and won't be back until dinner. You two going out on a date?" "Yea." "Well you two have fun. Don't get in trouble though. Austin is already paranoid enough. Even more might kill him." "We won't." Raio grabs his jacket and they walk out. Great. So now I have the whole house to myself. I'm alone...again.
