We got to the party and the sight before my eyes made me rethink my decision of tagging along. We havent even entered the house yet and I already wanted to bail. The Frat house was huge but it wasnt big enough to fit the multiple bodies that were piling out of the house. To my left, I could faintly make out two bodies who were either making out really agressively or wrestling. A little over and you've got your usual drunk somebody bending over an open car door and puking inside. I felt sorry for whoevers it was. Poor bastard. Coming from the backyard, these group of guys were lugging around this heavy looking contraption with a huge firework sticking out of it. Music was blaring from the house so loud, Im surprised nobodies called the cops yet. I really need to start thinking before speaking.
"Cadrian, you coming?" I snapped my head towards Cece, noticing that I was still standing next to the car, looking around with a horrified expression. This was not what I expected out of a college party. You're not in high school anymore, my subconscious reminded me of what I already knew but apparently didnt get until now. I walked over to Cece and the rest of the group, forcing what I hoped was a reassuring smile on my face.
" If you want to leave just say the word and we'll go." Damen whispered in my ear, knowing I didnt want the group to know about my discomfort. I smiled gratefully at him which he returned while wrapping his arm around my shoulders.
"Man, I remember the last time I went to Jay's party. There were so many willing girls I just couldnt pick!" Finn happily informed us, even though we obviously didnt care. I rolled my eyes and bit back my sarcastic response. Cece clearly didnt feel the same need because she scoffed as soon as the words were out of his mouth.
"Finn, you have as much game as a dead guy." She retorted, rolling her eyes. I chuckled lowly, not wanting to bring attention to me.
"Oh, so is that why you had a crush on me all through high scool?" Finn smirked at her while I snapped my head towards Cece, who's face was an alarming shade of red.
" You guys went to high school together?" Damen asked at the same time I said, " You had a crush on him?" I didnt bother hiding the disgust in my voice and Drew laughed, enjoying my reaction.
"Yes, Cade. It is infact possible for a girl to harbor feelings for me, you know!" I snorted and rolled my eyes. "If you say so." I muttered.
We got to the open door to the house and I had to restrain myself from covering my ears. I dont understand how anybody could stand this loudness like it was nothing. I would like not going deaf by thirty, thank you very much. Drew and Finn walked in followed by loud cheers from the party. Cece disappeared in the crowd where I had no hope of spotting her. I looked at my surroundings, knowing there was nothing I could do to stop the horror coming on my face.
Is that a pink pug hanging from the chandeleir?
~~~***~~~I want to die.
That's the only thing going through my head as I'm sitting on a couch, by myself I might add, surrounded by people who are drunk off their asses and I wouldnt be surprised if half of them our diagnosed with alcohol poisening by the end of the night. I lost Damen about an hour back when a couple of guys called him over. How he managed to make friends in a college where he doesnt even attend is something beyond my comprehension. I've seen enough body parts that should put me off sex for a while and I've heard enough pick up lines from guys that have me questioning my sexuality if this is all I can expect from the male population of the world. To say I wasnt enjoying myself would be an understatement.
" Hey baby, Did you fart? Because you're blowing me away." Ok. Im leaving. I got up from the couch quickly, not even giving the drunk guy a second glance. This was not fun and I refuse to stay here all night If im going to be miserable. I looked around for Damen and spotted him at a pool table, playing a game of beer pong with a coupe of rowdy males and a few girls mixed in. As I was making my way over there, Damen managed to earn a point which led to this beautiful blond who was practically naked to jump into his arms, giving him a big and over dramatic kiss that the situation did not call for entirely. I froze in my tracks, feeling disgusted beyond belief. And the kicker? Damen was actually kissing her back. I almost gagged it was such a sickening sight.
