We had every block together. I made me crazy! Teachers always put me beside HIM.
"Ok guys, we'll be doing projects this week. I would like you to pair with the person next to you." The teacher starts to explain our work, but I just stare at Kiro. He has the grin of a five year old that's done something bad. I roll my eyes at him and turn back to the board.
"What was that?" He says.
"Nothing." I reply, not bothering to face him.
"Oh ok." He laughs. I continue trying to focus, when a paper slides onto my notebook.
I like you ears, cutie. His note makes me turn a bright red and slam my face onto my desk. I look up and glare at him, prepared with a comeback to make him not want to say that but the bell sounded. I automatically rush out of the room and attempt to find my friends. Every time I turn around I see him.
"Stalker much." I mutter, continuing to walk. Suddenly I feel breath against the back of my neck.
"I heard that Emily." I feel cold rush down my back.
"Ok, why are you following me?" I turn and look into his eyes.
"You have friends, right?" I sigh. Is he moronic?
"Of course I do, you dumbass." He sighs.
"Oh..." He starts to walk away.
"They're like us, Kiro." He turns back eyes wide and come close.
"Really?" I nod and he starts jumping up and down like an idiot.
"Can I come?! Can I come?! Can I-" I cover his mouth with my hand.
"Would you shut the fuck up? Sure, come, I don't care. Just be quiet before people think we're crazy!" I half-yell, half-whisper to him. He nods repeatedly and I grab his wrist. I see Kaley and Zack waving at me so I drag Kiro along behind.
"Hey guys, this is Kiro. Kiro, this is Kaley and Zack." They smile and say hello. Zack come close and whispers in my ear.
"Is he like us?" I whisper back to him a yes and he grins going over to Kiro.
"Hey, I'm Zack, aka your new best friend! Oh ya, and don't touch Kaley, that's mine." He smacks her butt and she blushes, causing Kiro to laugh.
"Don't worry man; my eyes are on another girl." Zack laughs.
"Who!! Who!!" Kiro moves closer to Zack and whispers a name in his ear. They both laugh and walk "out of ear shot" from us.
"Those two are dumb as shit. We can still hear them!" Kaley whispers to me.
"I know, but we should go." I say back and start walking with her. She keeps up with me, the boys yelling after us.
"You idiots, wait up." They yell.
"You catch up! Teach said it was a free day anyways." Kaley yells back. They finally catch up, but we turn to them before entering the school. I give Zack the death glare, and what Kaley says, makes them both turn a deep shade of red.
"You know we can hear you guys whisper."
