We're finally here. We actually made it without trying to kill one another.

After spending even longer trying to get from the airport and actually finding our new home we did actually all arrived in one piece.

Our new home was in quite a 'fancy' area. All the houses looked the same from the outside, light grey with even darker grey around the windows, a perfectly manicured front garden, a 2 car garage. It looked perfect, perfectly simple just how I imagined.

As we walk into the house Gran and Mum set the downstairs boxes in there certain rooms like the downstairs bathroom, dining room, kitchen and living room while myself, Lauren and Kyle got to look around after putting out boxes in our room. Lauren's room was beautiful, she had a kingsized cream and black bed with a mirrored bedside table by its side and her belongings on the top, the carpet was cream which complemented her gold and black sheets and the gorgeous golden curtains by her enormous window. Lauren's room definitely wasn't simple like the house, it was simply luxurious. I always envied her taste in interior, she always had great ideas.

Although Lauren's room was outstandingly attractive my bedroom was just how I liked it, simple yet sophisticated. It had baby blue walls, with brown panel flooring and a cream rug, all white furniture to compliment my darker blue and white sheets, like Lauren's enormous window I also had one except her golden curtains in her room were my blue curtains in my room. It was lovely.

It didn't take long to get unpacked and everything in order seen as my family are filled with control/clean freaks so in this situation it wasn't necessarily a bad thing.

It was time to eat seen as we hadn't in so long. My mother or gran didn't have time to cook of course so we ordered pizza. Pepperoni for me, Lauren and Kyle, chicken for mother and vegetable for gran.

"So how do you like it?" My mother asked, mainly towards me and Lauren.
"I love it" Lauren answered. "My bedrooms much nicer than it was in the old house."
"What about you Lena, do you like it?" She was now directing the question towards me.
"I suppose so. The house is much nicer than the one back home and the weathers great, it just feels odd being here" I answered.
"Don't worry sweetie, you will get used to it" Gran said rubbing my hand while my mother agreed nodding her head.
"Have you had time to check your new school on your computer yet? Just so you can have an idea on what it will be like." Gran asked the both of us.
"I had a quick look but I didn't look at much. Do we really have to start tomorrow?" I complained.
"Don't even start Lena. Your going tomorrow and that's it." My mother said sternly with a face that you didn't want to argue with.
"Why are you complaining about it? Just think we don't have to wear a uniform, the guys there will be so much more better looking AND not to mention the head teacher is just WOW" Lauren tried convincing me.
"Actually that's another thing. What am I even going to wear?!" I panicked.
"Why don't you both go upstairs and get ready for bed now and you can decide in the morning?" Gran suggested.
"Yeah okay, night Gran, night Mum, night little one." Lauren and I said in unison.
"Goodnight, love you" Mother and Gran said back, Kyle completely ignoring us.

Lauren and I both said goodnight to each other and departed into our separate bedrooms.

I had a quick shower, blow dried my hair so it wouldn't look like a crazy mess in the morning, put my face cream on, planned my outfit for tomorrow and fell asleep hoping that tomorrow would run smoothly.
