CHRISTMAS SURPRISES!

CHRISTMAS DAY!

2 weeks later. December 25.

I wake up early and get ready. I straighten my hair. I put on a black velvet skirt with a red button up blouse and black stilettos.

I go in the kitchen and fix breakfast before going to wake Austin up. I walk in the room and crawl on the bed next to him laying down. I kiss his cheek.

"Merry Christmas Baby."

"Mmm Merry Christmas Love." He mumbles sleepily.

"Come on, Aus. Time to get up so you can get ready and eat so we can head to Mom's."

He smiles. "I'm up, I'm up."

He gets up going to take a quick shower while I take the gifts out to the car.

When I come back he's dressed in black slacks, a white short sleeved button up, and dress shoes, his hair is slightly curled on top.

He looks so handsome. I walk over and kiss him.

"Don't you clean up nice."

He just smiles and grabs his phone and wallet. While I grab my phone and my purse.

We walk out to the car getting in and head to Mom's.

This year we all decide to have Christmas at mom's since she now has her dream home. So she's excited to host Christmas this year.

It's a two story brick house with a large garage on the side. The inside is huge. The downstairs has a formal living room, an everyday living room, a massive kitchen with marble counter tops, a half bath, a laundry room, and the master bedroom with a master bathroom which has a stand up shower and a jacuzzi/whirlpool bathtub.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Jared and Josh both have their own rooms and then the guest room.

The backyard is huge with an in ground pool, a pool house, a small fountain, a trampoline, and my step dad's toolshed/boat house.

10 minutes later.

We arrive at mom's. We got here early so no one's here yet. I go in the back and grab the gifts. I made sure to hide the tickets.

I look at Austin and he seems kinda nervous. I just ignore it.

I open the front door and we walk in.

"MOOOOOOM!"

"IN THE LIVING ROOM."

We walk to the living room and see mom fixing the tree and sorting the presents I walk over and place our presents under the tree.

I hug her.

"Merry Christmas, Mom."

"You to. Hi Austin." She says hugging him.

"Hello." He says back.

"You OK?" She asks him.

"Yeah fine still a bit tired." He chuckles before sitting on the couch.

"Chris can you go get the boys up."

"Mhm."

I run upstairs to Jared's room and open the door quietly. Luckily I took my heels off downstairs.

I tiptoe inside and crawl on his bed jumping on top off him.

"WAKE UP IT'S CHRISTMAS, ITS CHRISTMAS. THERE'S PRESENTS TO BE OPENED. WAAAAAAKE UUUUUP."

He groans and pushes me off of him I fall onto the floor.

"Oomph." I groan and sit up. "That wasn't very nice."

"Get out of my room."

"Mom sent me in here to wake you up. It's Christmas and everyone will be arriving soon."

"I'm up, now get out so I can get ready."

I get up and head to Josh's room.

I shake him.

"Joshy wakey wakey. It's Christmas and everyone will be here soon so get up and get ready."

He groans but gets up anyway. I leave the room so he can get dressed.

I head back downstairs and see mom and Austin talking.

I walk to the couch and sit on his lap.

"Hi babe."

"Hi Love. Did you get your brothers up?"

"Yup."

"What was that loud thump?" He asks.

"I jumped on Jared and screamed in his ear so he pushed me off the bed."

He starts laughing.

"It wasn't funny it hurt."

"You poor thing." He says kissing my cheek.

At that moment my step dad walks in the door with a few bags of ice and brings them outside to fill the ice chest.

I get up and walk outside.

"Hi dad." I say hugging him.

"Hey baby." He says hugging me back.

Austin joins us outside hugging me from behind.

A half hour later, family and friends start showing up. I tell my aunts and uncles and friends of the family Hi.

We all chat and joke around while mom and my aunts make the food.

I watch with fondness as Austin interacts with my uncles and brothers. It makes me happy that he gets along well and fits in with the family.

Finally, the food is done and it's time to eat. So we all sit around the table in the dining room and eat.
