The airplane finally came to a stop. I let out a puff of air in a sigh of relief as I unfolded myself from the brace position. This had been my first ever flight, and as I had now decided, my last. I had always thought my mom strange for refusing to let me fly, but now I understood why, it's horrid! It had felt like something was trying to push us out of the sky! The captain had said that it was just turbulence, but I could hear the fear in his voice.

The intercom came to life, but I didn't listen to what the pilot had to say, which I knew I would regret later. I scanned my eyes around craft in search of the man who had had a heart attach half way over the Atlantic. He seemed to be doing a lot better.

I got up the second the seatbelt lights come off, and race for the doors. I needed to get out of that death trap.

The airport was pretty uneventful. It was probably the thing I was fearing the most, but there was a nice elderly couple who had sat two rows in front of me who had stayed with me the entire time, and even gave me a lift to my hotel, well I say hotel quite loosely.

They had told me that they had flown across for their daughters wedding, and that I could call them if I ever needed anything.

I sat waiting at the reception desk for ten minutes, despite the sign saying "Back in 5 minutes." I didn't blame the person who was suppose to be working there for being gone so long, if I worked in a place that depressing, I would never come back. The walls had a horrible 70s dirty yellow and orange wallpaper that was peeling off at the ends. I was certain that there would be an avocado green toilet in the bathrooms.

"Hey martin," I heard a voice call behind me. I thought I was alone.

I turned to see that the old fishtank that I had previously thought was empty had two fish in it. I sighed in frustration, and lightly pulled my long brown hair. Why did it have to be fish?

"Hi Larry" the other fish greeted.

I'll admit, I don't like rules, but I had one that I had made for myself that I stuck to; avoid all fish and horses. Because hey, who wants to just be dyslexic and ADHD, when you can also be slightly schizophrenic, well I wasn't diagnosed schizophrenia, but I was pretty sure I had it. As a child, I always believed that I could talk to fish and horses, cute, I know. No problem there. Being 18, and still hearing them. There might be a slight problem.

"Yo, whacha lookin at girl?" The one who I guessed was named Larry asked.

"Do you mind?" I asked them.

"Did she just talk to you Larry?" Martin asked.

"Yes, you fish brain" I was starting to get extremely frustrated with these two fish.

"Who you callin fish brain, girly?" Martin asked, getting close to the glass of their tank.

"Ooh hoo ooh, you're in trouble now, Larry taunted, here comes the big guy.

I was half expecting a large eel to come out of the tacky shipwreck sculpture in the tank, but nothing could prepare me for what was about to happen.
