"Laine, wait! Ellianna, come back here right this second!" my father scolded. I rolled my eyes.
"Why can't I have any fun?!" I whined. "I'm in freaking Neverland, dad!" (Oh, I guess you should know, my dad is Captain Hook 'Killian Jones'. My mom is Emma Swan.)
Hook sighed. "Your mother and Henry are back in Storybrooke, worried about you! It took a lot of convincing to be able to take you, love. Please just listen to me.?" It came out more like a question.
I had to smile. My dad was right, but I am his daughter. So later that night, I snuck outta the Jolly Roger and in to the woods of Neverland with my knife.
Humming along to thousand years by Christina Perri, I trudged along, looking for adventure. When my eyelids fell, I curled up on a rock and drifted away. Then I woke up to excruciating pain...i was nicked by an arrow.
Pulling up my shirt, I gasped at what I saw. What seemed like my...veins were solid grey. That's where he pain was. I wasn't bleeding, but I was in pain...sometimes a fate worse than death.
"Seems like we got you now, huh?" a British voice cooed sarcastically.
I looked around for the voice's source. I then found none other than Peter Pan. "Pan?!" I asked, amazed and hurt.
"Oh, Hook's daughter, huh? Well then you've heard of me, eh?"
I groaned as I got up. "Take-" I winced, "me back to my ship. We're leaving soon."
I wasn't the kinda girl that beat around the bush. I normally got what I wanted, and now I wanted my dad to help me. But all Pan did was laugh. "You've been struck with dreamshade, love. I can help you. Your dad won't even know. All for a small price."
Stupidly, I perked up. "My dad won't know?" Pan nodded. I agreed.
Soon I had drank some special water, and was on my way over to the ship when- "Laine!" my father shouted, running over to me and hugging me close. "Where were you?! Are you okay?! Your mother is gonna kill me!"
I sighed into his shoulder. "I'm ok, dad. Pan helped me..."
"That bloody demon?" Hook screeched. "Love, were you hit by dreamshade? Were you told to drink anything?!"
Wordlessly, I nodded. My father looked horrified. "Y-you-"
"-can't leave Neverland?" Pan finished. My father whisked out his blade and pinned pan against a tree. "Yes. Now I get to keep your daughter as my...play toy."That's when I realized. I was stuck on Neverland. Pan had tricked me. And with that, I had lost my freedom...and pretty much my life.
