I woke up to the sensation of Adam's breath on my cheek. Our bodies were entwined, and because of the height difference, his head rested perfectly over mine. He looked so adorable when he slept, and he would sometimes make facial expressions whilst he dreamt, he was completely unaware of it, but it always put on smile on my face.
What we did last night felt so right. We had never talked about our feelings before, but I was already in love. I smiled at the ceiling for a moment, and then carefully wiggled my way out of Adams tight grasp, being extra careful not to wake him. I quietly threw on a pair of hot pants under Adams big baggy shirt, and tiptoed out of the room. But Adam is incredibly sneaky, and also a very light sleeper.
'Stay?' he whispered.
I spun around to see him sat bolt upright, shooting me the cutest pair of puppy dog eyes that I had ever seen in my life. I sighed and slipped back into bed next to him. He pulled me into him, and leaned down over me to plant a gentle kiss on my lips. He stayed there for a while, adding in a little more movement, brushing his lips gently across mine. He pulled away and gazed into my eyes.
'I'm so happy.'
I replied by pulling him into a giant bear hug and rolling on top of him, still squeezing him in my arms. He chuckled lightly and squeezed me back, kissing all over my neck. I pulled back and kissed him all over his face, making big over-exaggerated 'MWAH' sounds as I did. He giggled like a little kid and playfully swatted me away.
'I think I love you.' He said.
His face plastered with the biggest grin I had ever seen.
'No way?!' I replied sarcastically widening my eyes for extra effect.
He grabbed me and started to tickle me. I writhed in the sheets, laughing until I couldn't breathe.
'STAHP, STAAAAHP!' I yelled, between fits of laughter.
He chuckled as I desperately tried to tickle him back; he was not ticklish at all, and me? Well. I was the opposite. We both retired from the tickle fight and laid there in each other's arms for a while. It was the most beautiful silence I had ever experienced in my life.
'Last night was perfect' he finally said.
His eyes still focused on the ceiling, deep in thought.
'I know' I sighed dreamily.
