Chapter 51 - Unexpected right?

"Kuronoya's POV"

~ I'm glad that those two finally got along with each other, what a relief, I couldn't cope up much with Kaeru or give him proper advice but I tried to cheer him up somehow, at least that I can do as his closest sempai, I was on my way home and suddenly saw a black car nearby, it kinda had cute green eyes and it looked harmless, I wanted to pet it, I reached out my hand slowly... 'til the cat suddenly scratched me with its paw and run away

"Oww.." I guess I'm not really good with animals, I hear black cats are a sign of bad omen and misfortune.. I hope I don't get any bad luck.. Hnn.. I soon arrived at my own home and went inside

"Tadaima.." I said

"Ah welcome home son" My mom Karumiya said as she was relaxing in the leaving room doing her own manicure

"Yo, Kuronoya-kun" My dad suddenly called as I passed by the kitchen

"Ah dad, home from work early?" I asked, he usually goes home late at night

"Yep"

"Nii-chan, you're late! Dad bought us cake, hurry up or I'll finish it all on my own" Kaomi said as she was eating cake with Tohru at the dinner table.. Wait....

"TOHRU?!" I exlciamed

"Yo" Tohru greeted

"W-what are you doing here?!" Is this the sign of bad luck? That damn blackcat!

"Oh, you're dad invited me...." Tohru explained to me what happened

<What happened [Tohru's POV]>

Kuronoya and Kaomi's father arrived home

"Father, you're home so early" Kaomi said

"Welcome back Tadaomi" Karumiya the wife said

"I bought cake" –Tadaomi

"Yay!" Kaomi cheered

"Kaomi, do me a favor and let's go buy some things at the market" –Tadaomi

"Okay" So Kaomi and Tadaomi-san went to the market to buy some flour, apples and other stuff

"Hey father, what are we going to do with these?" Kaomi asked

"Were gonna make apple pie tonight as well with your brother, I'm sure your mother will be happy, plus I have the day off tomorrow so luckily I'll be able to make more"

"Alright!" The paper bag that Kaomi was carrying suddenly ripped off and the apples scattered

"Oh no.." Kaomi tried to pick up the apples one by one, and that's where I met them, I gave her a hand..

"Here.." I said

"T-Tohru-san!" –Kaomi

"Sorry.. I've got my hands full right now, who is this young man?" Tadaomi asked

"Father, this is Tohru-san, he's in the same club as Kuro-nii, Tohru-san, this is my father Tadaomi" Kaomi said

"Ah, you're a handsome young man, thanks for lending us a hand" Tadaomi said

"You're welcome sir" I replied

"How about you come over us for dinner to repay you? You must be really close to Kuronoya" I didn't hesitate to take this chance so I'll gladly accept it

"That's really kind of you Tadaomi-san, I'd love to"

"And that's what happened" Tohru said

"E-eh?"

"Kuronoya-kun, you shouldn't be rude to our guess" –Karumiya

"It's getting really dark already, you should stay for tonight Tohru-kun" –Tadaomi, What?!

"Hnn.. I guess you could stay in my room for tonight" I said

"Thanks" Tohru said, he's thanking me?

"Nii-chan, were making apple pie today, hurry and finish your cake and join us" Kaomi says

"Okay" I replied, Tohru and I finished eating, after that me, Tohru, Kaomi and my dad made apple pie together, we rolled doughs of floor, chopped apples and sorts of stuff, my dad really likes to bake.. It's really fun to help, but I don't feel easy with Tohru around though

"Why do you have to be here Tohru?" I said

"Am, I not allowed?" Tohru asked

"Ah, no that's not it" I said, after that we were able to bake the pie, mom was really happy, it tasted delicious, I kinda felt like I was going to get fat, haha. After an hour we decided to call it a night, my parents seemed to take a liking to Tohru, we both went to my room

"You're room is messy like last time" Tohru says

"I like it that way" I said

"Cool" Tohru complemented

"What do you mean by cool?" I asked

"My own room at home is kinda a mess as well, it kinda feels cozy that way" Tohru replied

"You'll be sleeping beside me since there's only one bed, but at least it's big enough for the both of us"

"Thanks

"Hey, aren't you being awfully too nice to me today? You haven't been calling me names or shouted towards me"

"I'm being nice, don't complain" Tohru said sarcastically

"I'm just not used to it"

"Ksk, at least appreciate it.. I-I'm doing my best okay?" Tohru said as he felt embarrassed

"O-okay..."

"Kuronoya"

"What is it Tohru?" 'til suddenly I got surprised when Tohru kissed me

"I like you Kuronoya" Tohru said.. *sigh* I knew what I heard last time was true after all
