*4 years later*
"Grandma, grandma!" Little Joyce runs to her grandma, who is sitting in a white beach chair in the backyard. Joyce is holding a white card in her hand, and wearing a purple dress with white flowers all around.
"Hello, my beautiful darling granddaughter. What have you got there in your lhands?"
"Card, card! Card for you, grandma!" Joyce handed her the card from behind her back.
"Oh, thank you, princess Joyce."
Joyce smiled, awaiting for her grandma to open the card.
"Dear grandma," she began to read. "Happy mother's day. I love you!"
Nancy smiled, as she saw the beautiful flowers hand drew in crayons by her beautiful granddaughter on the second page.
"Oh, it's beautiful." Nancy smiled.
Jennifer came out from the house wearing an orange dress, with white flowers all around, holding glasses of orange juice to drink.
"Ooh, pureeetyyy!!!" Joyce awed, looking at the umbrella and flower decorations on the brim of the drinks.
"Yes, Joyce. I know you like it when I put them in." Jennifer smiled.
"Thank you mommy!" Joyce said as she hugged her mother, she was so small that she could only hug her legs.
"You're welcome, sweetheart."
"Mommy, come to the sandbox! Look what I made for you!"
"Oh, okay." As Joyce held her mother's hand and led her to the sandbox.
"Oh wow!" Jennifer said, looking in the sandbox.
There, was a beautiful castle, quite surprisingly built by a 4 year old, and the words, "HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY PRINCESS MOMMY."
"Oh, it's beautiful," Jennifer smiled, putting a hand over her chest. "Thank you, sweetheart."
Joyce stood tall, and smiled, triumphantly.
"Oh my god." Jennifer said.
"What mommy?!"
Jennifer started to cry, breaking down, in pain, as Joyce tried to pull her up from the grass.
"Daddy!!!!!!!!!" Joyce called to her father.
Justin came running to them.
"Mommy!!!" Joyce cried.
"It's alright, Joyce." Justin said as he helped his wife up.
"What's wrong, mommy?"
"Everything's alright." Jennifer smiled.
"Why are you crying?" Joyce asked, in such a curious voice,
"Everything's fine, Joyce. Don't worry. It's just that... your baby sister is arriving."
