I roamed around trying to find the mysterious boy. I never stopped searching for that boy though the truth was I didn't really recognize his face well enough. Day and night, I continued walking, never resting at all. I was really helpless and for three days, I was like this. The sun was scorching hot that my mouth started to feel dry. I didn't have a single carrot left in my bag and I already consumed the entire bottle of water that I brought with me. I really had to find that boy, or else, the time that I spent coming to this planet would be wasted, but for the time being I needed to find something to eat. I walked and walked till my feet led me to an aromatic smell that was coming from a pink little bakeshop down the road. The aroma was so inviting that my stomach suddenly created a weird sound. There, I saw behind the glass window a variety of bread with different colors, but what attracted me most was the bread with orange toppings that I thought was made of carrot. I wanted it badly and I could just sneak into the store and get anything I wanted because no one would see me anyway, but I remembered when I was a child, my mother told me that I shouldn't get something that I do not own. I was desperately in need of food but I didn't want to steal. I watched people buying and enjoying their bread while I sat there like a beggar looking through the glass window. I was about to get up when I heard a familiar voice, "You don't need to sit there like a beggar. If you want food I can give you."

He led me into the shop and he whispered something to the person behind the counter who only nodded. He went back to me and told me that I can just pick whatever bread I wanted. I was hesitant at first, but in the end, due to my rumbling stomach, I picked three loaves of bread, those that had orange toppings. He asked me to sit at one of the tables and I started munching on the breads, enjoying every bite as if I was in an eating contest. I noticed that the other customers were surprised as they saw the bread on the plate being eaten away piece by piece, but I didn't mind them. When I finished eating, I started to come back to my senses and realized something important that I should have noticed earlier on but because I was really hungry, I forgot all about it. The boy that gave me something to eat just a while ago and the boy that gave me a red flower the day I arrived on Planet Earth were one and the same person! How could I have failed to notice earlier? I hurriedly went to the counter and tried to approach the man he spoke to but he couldn't see me; I suddenly remembered that only the boy could see me. So foolish of me! Why did I let that opportunity slip away? I ran back to the road, but I wasn't able to find the boy; I went back to the store but he's nowhere to be found. The chance of meeting and talking with the boy suddenly slipped away. I decided to stay at the bakeshop at least until the morrow, taking my chances that maybe, the boy would reappear the next day and hopefully fate would not disappoint me.
