I woke up to the sound of my alarm blaring. Ugh, do I have to go to school? I step out of bed, still half asleep. A furry thing is beneath my foot as I step down, which I almost make the mistake of stepping on. The memories of it all flood back to me."Oh." I pick up the kittens and put them on the bed. What do I do now? Maybe I should stay local, look around to see if anyone made it. It's still really weird that this is the only place that wasn't destroyed. There's still electric! And wifi! Oh, wifi. Maybe I can put up a website or something! Oh wait, that's a stupid idea. It's only here.
I decide to put a note in the house in case anyone comes across it. It said how I was headed to find people, and I also put on I would come back, with my name at the bottom. I guess I could use this as a home base. It's time to head out.
I walk out the door, and head into town, with the kittens in my extra bag, witch of corse is open. They are sleeping right now, but I hope they don't wake up and decide to jump out.
The mystery still remains as to how this happened. Wait- I just realized, if it was a natural disaster, where is everyone? Surely there would be rescue team or something. Authorities. At least signs. But there's NOTHING. This is so weird.
-Le time skip-
After a few hours, I decided to head home. My feet hurt, I'm tired, I'm hot, and I haven't seen anything. I'll take a shortcut thu the woods, it's a bit creepy, but whatever.
About halfway thu the woods, I see something. Wait is that- a person?
Dun dun dun cliff hanger
