"Angel" I hear my name being called loudly through out the house. As I come out my room slowly and cautiously I get hit in the face by the devil himself. "Why isn't my dinner ready" Ray says as he hit me after ever word. This is what I have become accustom to over the past four years. With tears running down my face I slowly get up and go in the kitchen to fix his dinner. Most people would wonder why I stay why I take the abuse why don't I leave or stand up for myself . Well this is what I feel like I deserve. My family doesn't know what Ray does to me the only person who ever knew is dead now due to cancer. I snapped out of my thought and gave Ray his dinner and quietly walked back in my room. Nobody said life would be easy so all I can do is try to survive.
