Riya's day was going great, well, until the flying books came. Riya was doing cabin checks, when the ground shook. Causing book's to come flying down at her.

"An earthquake? In camp? That can't penetrate the camp's barrier...Unless it's an attack?!" She ran out to see a giant hole. She titled her head in confusion, but that's when she saw the girl. She had long reddish brown hair. She looked short, her eyes were shut tight. Actually, she wasn't moving... was she dead? Riya stood there as her best friend Nicole came running up behind her, out of breath. She really was out of breath for a daughter of Hephaestus...

"Who, what, when, where, and why?" She cried. "You forgot how." "Smart ass." She replied.

Riya stared forward again, to see Chiron galloping up. He glanced around until his eyes laid upon the strange girl. She still wasn't moving. Seriously was she dead? More campers moved forward with their weapons aimed at the girl. Suddenly her eyes shot open and she began to scream. Nicole's hands shot up in a surrendering motion. Riya had to stifle a laugh at that. Everyone stayed still until she was done. She stopped for a moment and glanced around. Chiron looked at her, as if studying what to do with her. He nodded to himself and looked up.

"Alright everyone! Back to your normal activities! Cabin leaders meet in the Big House!" Riya gained a serious look, she needed to get to the Big House. After all she was the Athena cabin's leader. She arrived a few minutes later to see all the cabin leaders... except the Apollo cabin leader. Andy Zanich, oh that boy was always late! Moments later Chiron arrived with the strange girl wrapped in a blanket.

"What's her name Old man?" Riya heard and turned to head to see who said such an insult. She gained a straight face when she saw it was her boyfriend Xavier Kin. He's such an idiot, he should be setting a good example as the Ares cabin leader. Chiron only chuckled.

"Aren't you nice as always Xavier? Actually I have no idea, we do know she is the daughter of Hades. And she hasn't uttered a word." Then at that moment Andy rushed in. "Sorry I'm late!"

Riya watched as he hung his head and looked up. His eyes widened and he looked as if he just saw a hippocampus on land.

"PAIGE!!!!!!!!!!!!" He lunged at the girl hugging her tight. She screamed a piercing shriek. Andy startled, let go and backed up. She stopped. "My boy, this girl has lost her memory or something. She appeared out of the ground a few moments ago. Now, did you say her name was Paige?" Chiron asked.

"Yes..." Andy looked so sad, Riya actually felt bad for him.

"So... What do we do with her?" Riya spoke up. "I think we should take her to the oracle." Demeter's cabin leader suggested.

"That's actually a great idea. Alright Nicole iris message the oracle to join us for tonight. Perhaps she will have answers." Chiron said.

"Alrighty." Nicole goofed.

"Everyone get ready for tonight's camp fire. Perhaps we will find answers of the girl... I mean Paige."

Yet the girl never spoke throughout the whole day.
