"Alright ladies listen up!! We have a few things to cover today, so please everyone take a seat and listen up!!" Caroline bombed through out the gym.

Everyone quiet down and walked to where we were and sat on the floor. I got up from the bleachers and was about to sit on the floor when Carol grabbed my arm.

"You don't have to go over there. You can stay with me."

"Caroline I don't think that's fair. You shouldn't pick favorites that's rude and disrespectful." I said crossing my arms over my chest.

She rolled her eyes at me, "Yeah okay. Sorry mom."

I laughed at her and shook my head. I decided to seat back down on the bleachers. It's way better than sitting on the floor.

Right now it's after school. And we are at practice. I don't know what Caroline has to say but knowing her it's probably something ridiculous. Caroline is the cheer captain. She's in charge of basically everything. And Rose is the Co-Captain. She's in charge when Caroline isn't here. They actually made a pretty good team. It's been a month and a few weeks since I've join the cheer squad and I'm actually starting to like it. I mean the only people I really talk to is Rose and Caroline. And I barely know the other team mates name. But other than that I like it. I would never admit that out loud though.

Also it's been two weeks since I've been dating Braxton. A whole two weeks and we haven't had any problems. I haven't talked to Luke at all though. He's probably mad at me. Like I care. Braxton is an amazing guy. He's nice, funny, charming, and he really is a good kisser. Everyone knows we're dating and I'm always getting comments like, "Wow you guys are so cute together!" Or "Gosh you're so lucky to be dating him!".

Luke was so wrong about him. Braxton would never do anything to hurt me. He promised.

"Alright ladies! And gentlemen." Caroline started off, "So as you know we do not have a game this week. But that does not change our practice schedule. We still have to practice for competition and all that jazz. So that's what we are going to be practicing. Also, make sure you guys practice your cheers and dances. Some of you mess up on stuff you should already know. That is not okay. If you don't know it you guys can always ask me or Rose. You always see us around school. Don't be afraid to ask us." She turned to Rose and asked if she had anything to say.

Rose looked up from the sheet she was looking at, "Um yeah. You guys should warm up your stunts. For competition they would want a lot of stunts. We are in high school you guys! This isn't Middle school or Elementary school anymore! And grade checks are due on Thursday! No D's or F's! Or else you guys won't be in competition and you guys will be benched."

"Yeah. And if your teacher for some odd reason won't sign your grade check then go to your counselor and ask them to print it out. Tell them it's for cheer. Okay?"

We all nodded and said okay. It just sounded like we all groaned.

Rose stood up after putting the papers I'm her cheer folder. "Alright! Warm up your stunt groups! Let's go!"

Everyone got up and walked over to the mats getting in their stunts. I stayed seated on the bleachers picking at my nails. I'm not in a state group since I just joined. But that's fine with me. I can do a lot of other things. For example, I can do the splits, cartwheel, back hand spring, back flip, handstand, front walkover. I can do alot. But that's only because my mom put me in gymnastics when I was little. I'm really glad she did. Otherwise I would know nothing.

"Hey!" A voice said making me jump a little.

I looked to the left of me and saw a guy sitting next to me. He had blonde hair and light brown eyes. He also had a huge smile spread across his face. His smile made me smile back at him.
