This date was horrible.But hey at least it wasn't the worst right?Dul really needs to stop setting me up on these blind dates.Shes been playing matchmaker because I was single and not really ready to mingle.The guys she set me up with were some of her friends or just someone she knew but none of them were really my type.
Don't worry Bee I won't stop until you find your Prince Charming.As I remember what she told me.yeah."Don't worry Bee","I won't stop until you find your Prince Charming"But that was what worries me.The fact that she stated she wouldn't stop until she found the one for me.That means just many more disaster dates to come,and what if I never found my Prince Charming?What if I didn't even have one.I got home and took off my heels.Why do boys get such comfy "fancy shoes" and we get the uncomfortable "fancy shoes"?I sigh and lay on my bed.I get a text from Dul
Dul:Hey call me when the date is over and tell me how it went
I take off my makeup and head into the shower.I get into some comfortable clothes and decide to call Dul.
D:HEYYY!
B:Hey
D:Sooo,How was the Date??
B:Fine I guess....
D:Fine?!Be more specific.Was it good or Bad?
B:Well I mean he's a nice guy and overall the date was pretty okay,I mean he did spend time looking for a place But...
D:But what?!
B:Dul he's not really my type
D:But he kind,caring and-
B:Dul I know,I never said he wasn't.I just don't feel anything with him
D:O-okay.
B:How bout you just stop sending me on all these dates cause clearly it isn't really working that well.
D:o-okay fine but
B:ugh but what?
D:okay one last chance.I set you up with the perfect guy.This will be the last date I set you up on.
B:alright fine
D:Bee don't worry,You'll find your Prince Charming.The date will be a bit different this time.Its gonna be a masquerade ball

Dul and I arrive at the place it was being held at.I was wearing a beautiful mint green and white dress and Dul was wearing a version of my dress but in black and white.We both had masks to match our dresses.Dul was on her phone texting."So where is he,or are we supposed to meet him somewhere?"I ask.Dul looked up from her phone
"Huh,oh just a sec bee I'm texting him right now"
"Ok he said he was gonna meet us here so we should just stay here bee."
"Oh ..okay"
We waited and a guy came up to me.He had brown hair and hazel eyes and he was a bit chubby.
He did a little bow and held his hand out to me.
"Hello m'lady.Im Mitchell.Nice to meet you.I guess I'm your date for tonight.I smile and Take his hand.
"Im Bianca but just call me Bee."
"Okay Bee" and we start heading off inside
"Have fun you two!"Dul yells
Mitchell was pretty funny and we spent the night just joking around and chatting,But I still wasn't really into him.But I would be friends with him.But I guess I'll make the best of this night.
"Hey Bee I'm gonna go grab a drink.Ill be back"
He leaves to go get drinks.I just stand in my spot swaying to the music.Suddenly the music  stops

"Ladies and Gentlemen,We are slowing things down and a spotlight is going to randomly land on a couple and they shall start the first dance.So pair up and get ready."

I sigh.Mitchell wasn't here yet.I guess I'll go grab a drink and maybe a few snacks while this goes on.I head over to the table full of food and drinks when I bump into someone.I was about to fall backwards when luckily he grabbed my arm saving me from falling."T-thanks"I say and I look up.Into his brown chocolate eyes,and I got lost in them"no problem,it was my fault anyway"His voice snapped me out of my daze.His British accent was cute."Oh ,no no don't worry it was entirely my fault,I'm pretty clumsy"I say.He laughs a bit.His laugh was adorable.He pulls me upward so that I'm not leaning back anymore and I'm on my feet.Then a spotlight lands on us.
"Alright Ladies and Gentlemen we have picked the couple to start the first slow dance of the night"
"Well I guess we're starting first"I say
He stuck his hand out toward me
"Shall we?"He asks
And I take his hand and gladly accept.We're dancing while the other people are watching.Watching as he twirled me around then back into his arms.
"So-He says looking into my eyes as we dance-what's your name?"
"Bianca,But call me Bee"
"That's a pretty name.But you know pretty name for a pretty girl"
I blush
"So what's your name?"
"William,but call me Will"
Then the music ended and people clapped
"Alright thank you to that couple for starting us off now let's get all the others to join"
That dance was amazing.Then soon the other couples started to dance.As we're dancing I see Dul in the corner of my eye.Smiling.I guess she was right.I did find my Prince Charming
