I was at school with Melissa, waiting for the bell to ring. Melissa had french class and I had english class. We were both talking until someone interrupted us. Well, guess who it is? I took my stuff and prepared myself to go to class but he grabbed my hand in front of all those people. I was surprised and didn't know what to do until Melissa screamed at him : "Let go of her now and don't you ever touch her again."
She and Jason stared at each other. She had some sort of anger in her eyes that I couldn't describe. I was a little bit shocked because she has never been this angry before but I was also really happy that I finally have someone who really cares about me and won't do anything to hurt me.
The whole day finally passed by and I was in the kitchen with my beloved sister eating diner and talking about the newest events.
"So, have you talked to Jason after what happened this morning ?" Melissa said. I shook my head and continued eating. She added : "Good, keep it that way, don't talk to him."
I felt that something was going on. She was very nervous. "Melissa, are you okay ? What's wrong ?" I asked her.
"No nothing, I was just thinking about the semester and school, it's driving m crazy." She responded in her defense. But I wasn't convinced. She is hiding something from me and I'm not going to let off steam. Not yet.
I woke up, feeling sick, my stomach hurt and I felt nauseous. I checked out my phone and saw 6 missed calls, and 5 messages, sent by Melissa. What is wrong with her? Then I read her messages that said : "I went to school early, take the bus" Why is she being really weird, why would she even go to school early? "I don't want to take the bus, I don't want even to go to school" I said to myself. I layed on my bed again. And suddenly I felt like I needed to throw up, I rushed to the bathroom.
I couldn't stop thinking about Melissa, she was lying to me about something and I needed to know. I'm going to know.
