"Oh... Never mind then..." I said biting my lips. "What happend... I know you are hiding something..."She said suspiciously. "No! I'm not hiding something!"
She didn't believe me. "No. You are." I was. She was right but I didn't want to tell her.
"No" I said quickly. "Yes..." Okay so she knew but I still didn't tell her... Maybe I should. I will. "Fine... I passed out because someone or something ran towards me and made me pass out." I looked down and stared at the leaf on the ground. We were on a bird house. I stared at it some more. "One second Maria." I flew down to the leaf then lifted it up. There was a note. A note so small we, the fairies could read it. I started reading it out loud, "Darling fairies must start to die. Bye magic and hi darkness..." I flew back up to Maria. "What did you find?" I handed her the note. "I found this." I said looking at her and her looking at me. We heard a foot step in the woods and every step the person took, the leafs crumbled. I heard it getting closer. "Oh no..." We both said. "Run!" We ran for our lives. Running running and more running. Then we both flew up to where her can't catch us. He started screaming at us and then shot something up at us. It was another note. We both read it, "You can't run, you can't hide. Come out my darlings let's die." I looked up at her. I looked back down to see if he was there. I felt something tap my back. I looked around and I saw it again. It tried to grab us but... We jumped off,landing in water. "Great now we can't fly! Are wings are wet!" Maria said getting out of the water. I got out of the water and then jumped back in the water. It was there for the millionth time! Maria didn't notice because she was in front of me and it was behind her! "Jump in! Hurry! It's behind you!" She looked behind her then jumped back into the water. It disappeared. Thank god. "Maria you almost died! He was behind you!" He was gone. Gone for today.
